From the first monent, JoJo Flores treated me with respect and professionalism. The repair shop manager was not too bad either because he had just made a fresh pot of coffee. Tony on the other hand, did a great job in writing up my contract and the finishing touches. I highly recomend All Star Mitsubishi!!

Got a dumb SCAM lottery letter in my mail saying I won $2,000 from All star Mitsubishi and that i had to go in to claim my prize. Read through the fine print and nowhere could I find how the scam letter tricked you. All seemed legit but of course turns out to just be a scam. Poor ethical taste imo trying to scam people into coming to your business.

Please see my review on Yelp and Yelp Talk. Beware! My credit was hit with 7 hard inquiries after my application was processed. This is going to cause my CREDIT SCORE TO DROP 20-30 points. I presented my financial situation to a supervisor, so I'm not sure why they would take this kind of action when they know how a credit inquiry can impact your score. When I contacted Johnny about this incident, he attempted to scam me by offering to refer me to a paid credit counseling service, whom he said could remove the hard inquiries for a fee. FTC law states that the company reporting information to any credit bureau is responsible for deleting and modifying information on a credit report. Lastly, Anthony told me that All Star Mitsubishi is engaged in posting fake positives reviews on both Google and Yelp. Because of this incident, I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and the Texas Attorney General's office. Know your rights; use the law!

The computer module in my car went out unexpectedly, so I took it to All Star's Service department for the repairs. Alvin and the whole service team were great! They were professional and upfront about the cost to repair it. They did an amazing job getting it fixed and kept us updated on the progress.

My husband and I purchased a new Toyota Forerunner. He was in the market for a new vehicle, looking to trade in his 2009 BMW. We are new to the Corpus Christi area and my husband is active duty military. They went above and beyond to help us locate the vehicle that was the right fit for us, as well as locate an affordable institution to finance our vehicle. When we were finishing up, they even helped us locate a local insurance company that gave us an extremely cheaper rate than what we were paying through USAA! Overall GREAT experience, staff was friendly and extremely helpful, they were timely and efficient. The office was clean and came with complimentary coffee as well. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle!!!

This place is awesome!! I was greeted before I even got out of my car and escorted inside to the desk of the salesman I had an appointment with while they informed him i was there. I walked in expecting to get a used car and they managed to get me approved for a brand new vehicle!!!! The salesman, Ralph Guzman, was great. He listened to what I wanted and what I could afford and made it happen. All around great customer service and a great experience. I would 100% recommend.

Fast forward 3 years. Have continued taking my Mirage to All Star for scheduled maintenance due to the excellent customer care I have received from them. Today was no exception. The service advisor, Alvin Street, went above and beyond to make sure I got the needed scheduled maintenance for my little car. Thank you to Alvin and the shop crew. My car is running great and looks good also with the complementary wash and vacuum. Y'all are awesome!!

We were there for a short period of time and got exactly what we came for for exactly the price we wanted.

They send me card and I got a match for a 55'' TV. But they only gave me a smart watch (No worthy than 20$). Yes, I shouldn't except too much. But if you don't plan to give us the present, why did you send us. I will never go there again.
