I don't remember the young lady's name who is my service advisor but she had a great disposition and a very big smile on her face she was very patient while I got out of the car being that I have a prosthetic leg she had a very amiable way about her she wasn't pushy she asked me what I needed and then double checked with me before I left it everything was great unfortunately when I got home though I noticed that the air pressure light was on on the dash so I will have to return the young lady had one black hair it was another young lady working that day she had reddish hair I'm sorry I can't remember her name

This is my second Kia I have owned however my first car i brought from FREEHOLD KIA the worst experience I have ever had in in my life, the entire dealership was so rude and inexperienced. I love the KIA auto so decided to replace it with a new auto so I came to Samson Jr's in Neptune the best dealership I have ever ever dealt with. I was not very happy with the service. I dropped my car off at 10am for an oil change and for my speakers to be checked. I never received a phone call about what needed to be done. After calling several times and leaving several messages I didn't receive a return phone call until 20 minutes before the service center closed. Luckily I was in the area because if I wasn't, my vehicle would have been left there until the next day. It was very upsetting and disappointing.

Sansone's is the ONLY place I take my Kia Sorrento for service. I have almost 103,000 miles on my vehicle and it runs great due to the regular services I have done. Their prices seem fair, and most people I have dealt with there are super nice! It's also very convenient to my job, and they even give me a ride back to the office while my car is being worked on.

Purchased used Nissan sentra at time of purchase they could only find one key. Promised to mail me a a credit voucher to come in and get second key. Never received said voucher. Less than 2 years after purchase the key that I had stopped working. When came into service dept they made me pay for 2 new keys/remote even tho I had purchased warranty. This was the 4th vehicle over the last 5 years i purchased from sansone will definitely be the last time i use this dealer.

I recently bought my car and brought it in to the service department just to take a look at the transmission. There are no issues which is such good news! Danielle was excellent, she helped me and even gave me a loaner car for a couple days. When I went to pick up my car Jeff rode with me and talked to me about my concerns and again thankfully there are no issues and I am very appreciative for the help of the service department.

Just purchased this week our 5th car from this dealership over the last 9 years. The experience was the best we have had yet and they all have been good. Our salesman Rudy Thurman started his day an hour early because I was walking around waiting for my car in service. Within a couple of hours I was driving out with my 2018 Sorento SXL with exactly what I was looking for and a great experience. Buying a car is usually a stressful experience but this dealership has made us happy each and every time we have come there. Also on a side note the service dept. is also exceptional as Jay is always accommodating.

They were courteous but after waiting for 1.5 hours the Apple car play is still giving me problems. So the issue that I went for was not resolved.
I absolutely love the service and friendliness of this dealership. They are part of Sansone but because it's smaller I feel it is more personable. I've been twice this far to purchase a financed vehicle and a leased vehicle. I dealt with Melissa over I the Kia showroom. She listened to all my needs and did all the work to get me into my cars under my terms. She is always empathetic and really listens. I will never go anywhere or to anyone else. I visited Sansone Jr s on the 1st of May and let me tell you I was not expecting such a wonderful turn out. My car broke down two days before and I needed a reliable car ASAP! Thanks to Paul DePiano I walked out with my first brand new 2019 Mitsubishi. He was professional, compassionate, patient, and kind. He literally turned my frown upside down. If you are looking for the stereotypical used car salesman experience you have come to the right place. I was flat our lied to prior to purchasing my used vehicle. I purchased a used jeep from here a couple of weeks ago and was fed a bunch of lies prior to the purchase. i was told the vehicle i was purchasing did NOT have a lift kit installed(LIE). I was told that no modifications were done to the vehicle that would void any of the current factory warranty(LIE). I was told that the ABS light that appeared on the vehicle would be repaired at the Jeep store(LIE). Needless to say i expected much better customer service from a company with Sansones reputation. As I discuss these issues with other local professionals, i am finding that i am not the only one to be taken for a ride by this sales team. Needless to say neither myself, or anyone i know, will ever deal with this company again.
Frank Vitolo is great Audra Stewart is a super star, She treated my wife who has Alzheimer, like a Queen. she is going over and beyond what any other sales person would do. If you had 2 of her you would not need anymore sales people.

HAD A GREAT EXPERIANCE WITH MIKE TIEDERMAN MADE THE LEASE PROCESS QUICK AND PAINLESS IN AND OUT WITH MY NEW MINI VAN IN 1 1/2 HOURS EVEN MADE IT POSSIBLE TO GET THE FULLY LOADED MODEL WHICH I DIDNT THINK I COULD AFFORD BUT HE MADE IT HAPPEN WITHIN MY BUDGET. I COULDNT HAVE BEEN HAPPIER.

Let me first start off by saying. The girls in the service department who books appt,
(wonderful). Not sure his last name but TYE as well. Now the service department is horrible. I brought a key fog to be programmed. I had the original looked at to make sure it function properly. I used the second key. That was recently programmed. My husband noticed on Wednesday that the original key wasn t working. Thursday was holiday, came right in Friday to schedule a appt to have it looked at. I was told that the key fob is melted internal. How when 4 days ago it worked. I was insulted with one of the mangers. By making a comment. maybe by going in the dryer. Then stated the best I can do is give you 50 percent off a new key fog. (380) absolutely not.
I was happy with my visit I walk in the car place not knowing what I was about to hear that was bad. so I was greeted by Anibal Guzman the best hands down. he assured me that he could and would help and he did just that my credit is not so good but I drove off the lot in a 2019 sentra he was the best please go see Anibal Guzman u will not be disappointed

Save yourself a headache and dont ever go here. Number 1 they will rip you off and over charge you on your monthly payment. Then they will tell you that you have things in your protection like complete tire protection and when you ask at every service visit if your car needs new tires they will tell you no. Then they'll call you months later at your next service to tell you that you now need new tires and its unfortunately under a certain thread so it's no longer in your warranty and it's a out of pocket cost to you. The sale rep Ty that called was rude and unprofessional. Kept raising his voice and I was mentioned that he needed to lower his voice and control his tone, he proceeded to give me the excuse that his phone was broken so he had to speak loud. When I called back to speak to the manager Andy I was told that i never had wear and tear protection. Let's not mention that I've been waiting on a car part time to come in for about 2 years now. Paid $100 for it and no phone call regarding anything to do with it. Stay away from here! You'll thank me.
The service dept was awesome! They did my repair in a timely fashion and kept me informed. The waiting area was set up for social distancing and clean.
The service department was able to repair my problem within 24 hrs. I received a rental car to use while they took care of the problem. I could have used a little more instructions on what to do when I returned the rental car when I picked up my car. Liz was a great service assistant.
I recently got my 3rd car from Sansone and the experience keeps getting better and better! Mark The Pie Guy helped me big time despite my own credit challenges and worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with the terms of the new car. I am very disappointed by the poor business I ran into when I came to Sansone on 66 last Friday. I have never been a person to write a review, but the way I was treated deserves attention! I met with a man name Dan who was very friendly. I told him upfront my credit was not good at all, I also told him what I wanted to pay monthly that I could afford and asked if I was wasting my time in being here due to the LOW credit score i had.. He told me that they could work something out with me. I was made aware that the only car I could afford would be a Nissan Sentra... and I was alright with that. After being there for 5 and a half hours and in my opinion speaking to WAY toooo many people, who had too many hands in the pot- which to say the very least is super unprofessional and gave me high anxiety.. I finally shook hands with a man named Anthony. I didn t even know who this gentleman was because he had no professional mannerisms at all, came into the office did not even shake my hand or introduce himself but honestly at this point that is neither here nor there. Anthony waltzed his way in after another man presented us with a deal that we of course denied because I couldn t afford it. After multiple offers and people in and out of the office, I shook hands and made a deal with this man named Anthony. They got my license, got my insurance told me they were writing up the deal, they just had to grab keys. They got me all excited and then they did not honor that deal. Long story short I left in my same car that I came in. Apparently they couldn't find the keys to the car they told me I would have and it was also a rental car that was on their lot.. They wanted me to leave the lot with the original car that I fell in love with prior to the car they made me a deal for that I couldn t even afford!! It was a mess, it was unprofessional and it was embarrassing for me as a customer. I felt like everyone in the store new my business, all of them were starring and it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. I was not leaving with a car that wasn't mine, without a deal... what a scam. It is now Thursday my bf called Monday was told there was two offers on the table and I would hear from them Monday, never heard anything. I never heard back until my bf went in yesterday, and they shot him a different offer!!!!!!!!! I appreciate Johnny going out of his way to get me this offer, but this turned me off... I spoke with a general manager yesterday and he didn t even bother to call me and touch base knowing how upset that I was. A handshake is a handshake, a deal is a deal when you make a deal with someone and get to the final stages of paper work and then all of a sudden turn around and change everything right from under them, it seems super shady. I don't know what happen behind the scenes who messed up where, but if there was a mistake it is there duty to honor me what they said they would honor. They wasted my time, and gave me the run around. I would have respected them more had they told me they couldn t help me and I parted ways with them from the get go. I know my credit isn t good, they dragged this whole thing out, made me upset and made me feel like a joke. I am super disappointed with the way I was treated.
I can not express how happy i am with my new car. I got the 2018 nissan altima SR special edition. It s beautiful and i couldn t have gotten without the amazing salesman Zack Reiss.

I asked for a price for a Kia Soul on the Internet and was contacted with in mins of my inquiry. I made an appointment for the next day and was greeted by Melissa who was helping out Noel. I LOVE my NEW Kia Sportage and had a wonderful experience at Sansone Kia (Sansone Jr's 66 Automall in Neptune, NJ). The staff including Paul, Manny, Brooke, etc., were all knowledgeable and friendly, with a "no pressure" attitude. I got a great deal and drove home that day in my new SUV!!
T was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He was able to provide me with all of the information and prices via email prior to me showing up at the showroom. This was really important because I didn't have to drag my kids to the dealer and have them sit through a majority of the process!

There aren't too many people left in today's fast pace world that can find the time to comfort a tough and stressful situation. Being a professional in the hospitality industry where the word YES is more that a three letter word. I found a rock star at Sansone Jr's 66 Automall, I found a person who shows passion for customer service, I found a auto sales person who stepped away many times to consult in our behalf for a very fair, honest and positive result. Manny knew very little about my personal life, yet in the time we finished with him, I felt as though I created a new friendship and trust, gaining a new great friend. He's is a true example to the kind of person you would want working for you.
Weeks previous to my visit, Manny and I chatted on how I could balance an out of state work situation, with the timing of my next day off back in New Jersey. I never felt rushed or hurried, I felt more a concern on getting back to New Jersey safe and the time will come when we could meet. Such a NO PRESSURE experience. It totally was worth the wait and the stream line lease return, in to a new lease was so hassle free. My wife and I could not be happier.
I would like to mention an ironic incident happened while waiting for the paperwork to be processed, I saw Manny's name plate on this desk, I questioned if he ever live in NY, he said yes, I asked him if he lived in West Chester county , NY, he said yes, I asked him if he had family in Ossining NY, he excited said yes. It was so out the blue that I asked if his family ever rented the upper level of the home in 1982 to help management transfers to an near by conference center. He said yes. The look on his face, 37 years later, set this man back in his chair with such amazement. I rented the upper level in his family's home, I worked with Manny in the conference center. The reunion, memories and now this renewed social and profession bond will continue, never to late yo rekindle the past with great memories. I knew well before the name questioning session, he was a great person, someone to trust admire and respect. His customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced. I didn't feel like they were any help. I was referred by a friend of mine and I spoke to a representative. That person seemed helpful however didn't do much but tell me that for them to help me I need to put more then. I didn't think the representative did all they can to help me. so I am taking my business else where.

So I know there are many stories and reviews when it comes to purchasing a car some good and some bad. I have been on both sides! Today I was able to surprise my wife with her new 2020 Telluride! The journey started about 4 months ago because we know that this suv is in high demand. With that said my wife being my wife and wants what she wants, she had to have it in a certain color Aswell as a certain interior color. I have to give sansone 66, Lamore (manager) and Melissa (Sales Rep) so much love and appreciation. They where in constant contact with me through the entire process! Which made the waiting worth it all. When I received the call yesterday that her truck arrived they worked with me to surprise with it and as the title states. SHE is still smiling!!
