Very happy with the salespeople but the service is horrible. My new car was missing a part to open glove box. Took nearly 10 weeks to have it done. On the day of my appointment, the women checking me in used the word "retarded" when referring to her computer. I was insulted as a family member of mine has downs. Also, very unprofessional. In addition, the service was supposed to take a little over an hour. 3 hours later I called to check on it and they said another 2 hours. The woman was nasty to me when I said I couldn't wait that long. They should have at least called me. Very unprofessional and do not seem to care after the vehicle is purchased. Trading car in as soon as it's worth it.
