I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Like most everyone these days, the Pandemic hit us hard and left us anxious about finances. Our salesman, Ron Horne, was extremely knowledgeable and so extremely helpful. He took the time to hear our issue and worked with us to find reliable transportation at an affordable price. I m bad with names but I want to say Lamar (?) was also extremely helpful. From the moment I sat down with Ron, I knew I was in good hands. I definitely will give my future business to this dealership AND highly recommend everyone to go see Ron I can t thank you all enough for really going that extra mile for me and making an anxiety ridden morning and very relaxed rest of the day!! Buying a new car is always a exciting/nervous feeling, I picked up a 2012 Nissan Pathfinder and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Our sales man was fabulous and made sure we got approved for a loan through Nissan Finance. They let us take the car home for a day to test drive, they offer a week of insurance so you don't feel rushed. I would be back to Sansone Jr's within the next years. Also, your first service is on them!

I did not buy my car from Sansone Jr's Kia but their service department is outstanding. Even though I bought my car from another kia dealership in NJ which I won't name, Neptune/Sansone Jr. kia they were eager to help me with my car's warranty work. I can't say the same for the dealership where I bought my kia. I've visited their dealership a few times b/c of steering wheel issues which they couldn't fix. Now they just brush me off whenever I try to go in for any warranty service like wheel alignment. By the way, Neptune Kia fixed the steering wheel issues the other dealership couldnt fix. If neptune kia's sales department is anywhere near as good as their service department, I'll be buying my future cars from neptune kia.
Bought a used car 2 months ago, still waiting for license plates, title and registration. Emails to the salesman are answered with "I'll look into it" and nothing happens.
Everything went very well, I originally misjudged the situation when I was here earlier and posted a bad review. Turns out they are really great with all their service. They get things done fast and do quality work.

He introduced me to a Salesman Jamil and the two of them work very hard to give me what I believe is the best deal of the century. The Express Service is the best! Pulled in on the way to work to have my tire pressure checked again....Brook Crawford, Service Adviser, had a diagnosis within 15 minutes, she offered me a car so I could get to work and saved me $$ on my new tires! Sansone Jr's 66 Automall does it right!
