came in on May 2nd 2017 to check out car i saw on there site I did the applicatation and the credit score thing that the site offers they said I had to do all over again cause the site they dont go by and they did not have my information I brought back my new used car on may 5th cause of water damage they gave me a loaner car but customer service was tossed out window no one called me to let me know the status of my car or when was ready for me to pick up ( mind you my car looked like it went on spring break was not detailed or cleaned and they tried to tell me they did 10x how is it a car wash place cleans better ) once I brought back the loner car they redid all my paperwork and made it seem on all bill of sales and what not that I purchased car on may 24 2017 not the May 2nd date then I had to give all pay stubs again and wait for them to get ok from loan again then I get home I get a call from bank saying that they need more information and that we will get back to you to see if you been approved for the loan WTH you mean I am driving car dealership took my deposit what you mean I may not be approved I was approved May 2nd then I had to come back cause my temp plate expired and I had to make an appointment to get a few things fixed that I finally got fix but now I still need something fixed and serviced just over looked it again so now I have to go back again you would think they tired of seeing my face smh
