Great customer service from my sales rep Louis and...

Great customer service from my sales rep Louis and the rest of the team. There was no pressure to purchase a car with them and the sales rep let me take the car on a test drive by myself-which is very rare at other dealerships. They were able to match my car price with the value on true cars which was great. Overall, great staff, no one was breathing down my back to purchase a car, and they really valued me as a customer and I got many thank yous for purchasing my car from the sales manager.

Yesterday, I had the worse anxiety going into Sansone Jr. But unfortunately I meet my match Mr. George B. He gave me the reassurance I desperately needed in buy a car. Not only did he got me APPROVED with my wack credit but he made sure my payments was in my budget and that I was comfortable and happy with the my new 2019 and im first owner for it. And my son even got amazing man advice from George B. Definitely made
us feel apart of the family forever grateful. One luv from the Gilmore crew.

It was amazing that Kia sent me a free basic service coupon. I was really happy about that. Also, the waiting room is pretty neat and clean. My service did not take too much time even though there were many people in the waiting area. I was overall happy. Thank you Sansone Jr's 66!

I was skeptical before we arrived at Sansone Jr s Nissan dealership- we had two cars at the end of their lease and we were prepared for a long day of negotiating. But we were immediately put at ease by our salesman, Gavin Gatta. He immediately understood what we wanted and found the perfect Rogue in no time. He explained the features available in the different models clearly so making a decision was easy. The next step, financing, is usually an endless ,hard to comprehend chore - not so this time. Again Gavin fully understood what we wanted and worked quickly to get it done. He answered all our questions clearly and respectfully. Before we left, Gavin made sure we understood all the features of our new car especially the safety features. It was a great experience and we look forward to working with Gavin again.

We were referred to Gavin by a family friend. My mom needed a car and so did I. He was great! I ve dealt with a few salesmen and to me he was not one of those pushy, I just want to sell a car persons. He was patient with us!
Gavin was awesome. He helped my mom get into a car on Saturday and me on Monday!!!
I m a tough customer too and he handled me well! I challenged him a bit in our few days of dealing with one another but he met everyone! Gavin you re awesome!!!
I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car!!
And just as he said...I love my Rogue

Went in to service our leased 2016 Rouge SL AWD. While in the waiting room, got an email from the dealership notifying me about an early lease turn in (key to key) opportunity. Skeptical, I met with an awesome sales consultant, Anibal Guzman, and amazingly, in less than 2 hours, drove out with a 2019 Rouge Sl AWD with ALL the bells and whistles AND at the same lease payment. Anibal and the manager Chris, and the finance rep were friendly, efficient, professional and made the process painless. Even better, it's my wife's car, didn't know I was doing this and she LOVES it, especially since she finally got a red one!!!

UPDATE: Anibal Guzman showed his true professionalism and customer support when he invited us back so that he could go over every facet of the new Rouge with my wife. He spent over 1 hour with us, answered all of her questions, taught her tips and tricks and she loves her new Rouge even more. Thank you Anibal for superior service.

I was there 5 minutes. Made an appt to test drive a vehicle I was told was ON THE LOT. We got there later in the day and was told there was a mistake, the vehicle had been sold. After driving there and wasting our time. They tried to pull the bait and switch with me. We walked out. Sleazebags.

I buy a lot of vehicles for my company so I have considerable experience with car dealers. Sansone Jr's 66 is by far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. They are sleazy, incompetent liars. First, they tried to not honor the price they advertised on Truecar. Then when they finally agreed to honor the price they wrote up the contract "mistakenly" with an additional $1,000 thinking I wouldn't notice it. When I refused to take the car then they reluctantly rewrote the contract correctly. Now I have been waiting for 6 weeks to get the license plates/registration for the car and still have not received them. I have a vehicle in my company parking lot that I have not been able to give to an employee because Sansone Jr has not provided the plates for the car!

I purchased a pre owned Murano a few years ago and was so happy with my over all experience. I won't take my car anywhere else for service because the service department is the best. The service team always take great care of me and goes above and beyond what is expected. Last week I had my car in for service and I mentioned a difficulty I was having with a flat tire on a different make and model car. They offered to help me find the discontinued tire when I wasn't even there for that reason. That alone makes me want to purchase from Sansone Jr's again. As a single woman trusting the service team is really important.

I bought my Kia sorrento in Jan of 2017 and overall the car is fine. I got a dent in the body that I needed to get repaired. The part had to be ordered and painted in order for the work to be done. After about 3 weeks I was thinking I haven t heard from Kai re: my part so I called. The part had been at the service center for some time but never sent to the body shop for painting so I had to wait again. Again- they never called me to tell me that the part had been painted. I was the one to have to follow-up. I finally made an appt to get the work completed and they forgot to order the clips to attach the part. ONE MONTH LATER - I just called and the clips are there. Nobody called to tell me. This has been going on since the beginning of summer and it s for a simple wheel panel. I expressed annoyance to the woman on the phone only to hear i m only the cashier. No I m sorry this has been your experience or let me see how I can help. I spent $60 + on Uber getting to and from work and for this repair and it s still not done. The customer service at the Kia service center is horrendous and the communication with the parts department is clearly non-existent.

Unbelievable experience. The best car buying experience I have had to date. That includes several purchases over the years with Lexus, Infiniti, Audi, and BMW. All of those were decent experiences, but sansone Jr s was just better. I actually bought my K900 completely via text message with the sales team there. After my deal was finalized I had some phone conversations which were pleasant, helpful, and reassuring. I had to travel 110miles to the dealership to pick up my new car. Everything was as expected, quick, pleasant and respectful when I arrived. There were no surprises, I was introduced to everyone involved in my sale, and I didn t have to spend too much time at the dealership. I was out of there in about 45 minutes, which is impressive. If you are in the market for a Kia, Nissan, or Mitsubishi definitely go and see them, you will be glad you did.

This place is a total rip-off, they try to give you a high sale price for a vehicle but then when you show them an advertisement of that vehicle that their dealership has online of a cheaper price . They try to say it s worded wrong or they try to add nonsense items in your contract that you don t need then if you try to transfer your plates they come up with excuses they are unable to transfer your plates. They need this later or this paperwork or a copy of this old registration so they can charge you more for new plates and registration. Bottom line the place is a rip off .

I am extremely well pleased with Sansone Jr's 66 Automall Service Department. I took my KIA Sedona there on 21 November for preventive maintenance services, services recommended in the operator's manual for the mileage I had accumulated. This was my first time dealing with this Service Department. Immediately upon arriving at the Service Department facility, I was greeted by Mr Herowanto who explained to me what the service would entail. He arranged for me to leave my Sedona there for maintenance and had a shuttle drive me home. Just before noon he contacted me and let me know the car was ready. My wife drove me to the Service Department where Mr Herowanto explained what maintenance was completed. I rate this visit A+ and will continue using this facility.

More importantly I couldn't be more grateful to have had Mark Vernaglia and his assistant Gabby for providing the most comforting and stressless customer service. I was treated with an immense amount of respect and appreciation . Mark truly made sure I received the best deal and left with what I deserved by putting himself in my position and steering me in the right direction, not only as a salesman but as a human being. I can't begin to thank him as well as the sansones for such an amazing experience . Update: I purchased a car about a month ago. I had a few issues after I made my purchase, however, they were taken care of after some time. It was a rough start for me but I can say it was worth it! I ended up working with Lamore at Sansone Kia. He is truly a great sales manager, professional, listens and I cannot say enough about him!
I even returned with my cousin to purchase a vehicle a couple weeks ago!
Danielle in service that worked with me was very sweet and professional.
I would recommend them!

Bought a used car at here on February 28th. It was down pouring and dark when I was there.
I left with vehicle and the next morning I noticed some things that needed attention.
They were attentive and addressed my concerns.
Can say Lamore in sales and Danielle in service are fantastic!

I would highly recommend this dealership as well as our salesperson, Ernesto, to anyone looking to buy a new car with no hassle and no typical car buying tactics. The process was quick, clear and concise, and they helped us get into a car that we love and that is safe for our family. There was no going back and forth and leaving you at their desk for hours, all information was right out in the open. Most people are scared to buy a car because of that hassle, and there was none of that at this dealership. Again, I would highly recommend them to all friends & family!
