Came in to look into trading my 2013 Kia Optima, they got to me test drive a forte and I fell in love with it. I only got my 2013 Kia 3 months ago But was interested in purchasing a new car if they could pay my old one off. They offered me 7k for my car, when my loan was 12k. They were selling the same year and model of my car they re with 20,000+ miles on it for 17,800. I was furious. The sales guy got his manager and his manager did absolutely nothing but say sorry I can t help you. I went to the Kia dealership in freehold the next day. They paid off my entire car loan and I left in a 2019 Kia Forte. Go theyre instead and save yourself the time! Go see Manny he was amazing!
