I had always dreaded going to buy a car on my own for the first time, but the team at Sansone made this a painless process. I had a service appointment scheduled this past week. Unlike prior experiences at other places where you have to wait around all day, Danielle, the service adviser, was able to get my vehicle in at the scheduled time. My vehicle was then serviced quickly and professionally, and I was in and out quicker than I could have ever hoped. Will definitely be returning the next time my vehicle needs to be serviced.

At some point, the motor, regulator, and switch controlling my driver-side window all burnt out. I was quoted over $1,000 to fix it. Approximately $700 in parts and $300+ in labor. I also paid a $130 diagnostic fee just to get this estimate. Ultimately, I was able to purchase the parts on Amazon for $85 and do the job in my driveway. It took me 45 minutes. Also, while my car was in getting the estimate the driver-side door was scratched. I was told by a rep that they'd order me some touch up paint and that they'd call when it arrived. I never received that call and the service manager has made no further attempt to fix the damage that happened on his watch. I never received a call back from the service manager when I called to lodge my complaint and had to call back myself several days later to get him on the phone.

A separate issue: My Tire Pressure Monitor System light has also been on for some time. I was told by Sansone representatives on several occasions (while the car was in for oil changes) that the cost would be hundreds of dollars to replace the sensors. I had my truck at the local Mavis Tire and they reset the sensors, fixing the issue, for a mere $24. Why wouldn't Sansone at least attempt the same simple fix? Is it because they wanted to sell me unnecessary and overpriced replacement sensors?

I used Sansone's Quick Lane service center for my vehicle's regular maintenance for several years. The service was always prompt and professional. I never thought that they'd be playing these kind of games and I'm profoundly disappointed to learn about their attempts to take advantage of me. I can't imagine how much money they've made by overcharging like this. It's shameful.

For a car dealership...They are great. I go back for all my service and I didn t get my car from them. Jay has always been a knowledgeable guy. Now a Full synthetic oil change is $35 and they clean your car. I don t know why I would go anywhere else. Also found a nail in my tire and fixed that for $30.

John Crooks and together they got us a very good deal. Both were up front and honest. I had a great experience with Sansone, especially with my salesman, Gavin Gatta. He made by buying process, easy, fun, and straightforward! I was in a bad lease, but he was able to explain my options in layman s terms and helped me feel comfortable with my decision to go with a Pathfinder SL, Midnight Edition. It s only been one day and everyone I have shown loves it. In fact, I already have someone looking to contact Gavin to see about getting out of their Lexus and into a Pathfinder! Andy and all of his staff could not be more helpful and professional in their service. They are a large part of the reason I have been a return customer to this dealership even though I live some distance from them. Always courteous, personable and professional in their approach. Were I in "Sales" I would thank them for adding real value to my product and my customers. In this day and age seeing a group of people who are truly customer-focused is a special thing. In all honesty I have purchased many cars before but this was by far the best experience I have EVER HAD.

I walked into the dealership at 12pm with a car that needed to be traded in for my mother and I was 1 hour from my home.

Within 1 hour and 1/2 the trade was excepted and we were able to purchase my mother a new Kia and they followed me with the new Kia all the way to New Providence, NJ to deliver the vehile to my mother who is SO HAPPY WITH THE NEW CAR.

Mark "The Pie Man" is honest and OUTSTANDING to deal with. ANYONE who goes into this dealership I would HIGHLY recommend just asking for Mark " The Pie Man"!!!

Bought a new Nissan Rogue Sport at Sansone's on Tuesday. Terrific dealership and sales personnel. Dealt with Gavin Gatta. Professional and efficient. He got the job done to our complete satisfaction. He took the time when we picked the car up to explain all the car's technology twice. Once for my husband and again for me when i arrived later.

I have been driving since I was 16 and I've owned many cars, brand new ones and used one; but never have I exclusively serviced my car at the dealership of purchase!!! However, with my 2015 Nissan Versa S Plus, I decided to place my confidence in the Nissan Service Dept. because the purchase process was splendid and they went out of their way to help me!!! It started with a couple free oil changes and as I got to know the people there from Danielle, Ty, Greg, Liz and so on, I realized that the team they have there is absolutely worthy of my business and I have been getting my car serviced there since I purchased it in 2015 and I intend on continuing until it dies!!! Thank you all so much and I highly recommend that anyone who has purchased a Nissa/Kia from Sansome Jr.s 66 Automall to heed my advice and get all your services performed there by highly reliable and dependable professional who are not out to rob you but rather have your best interest in mind!!! They make service suggestions and they work with you to get them done, but never ever do they push you to do any services to your vehicle and they don't mind you getting second opinions or performing the services elsewhere!!! I could go on and on about this, but I'll just end by saying this...SEEING IS BELIEVING SO GO ON IN AND SEE!!!

Edit in response to owner: so I've seen quotes elsewhere for ALMOST HALF of the quoted price, but when I was there I was also told that I needed to check with the parts department and even if they had the tires that day there wouldn't be a guarantee of them actually being there by the time of my appointment... also was told it was MY responsibility to check with the parts department. I'm not very reassured about any of this. Especially since I'm paying an extra amount monthly for tire protection.

I am very happy with the service I receive at Sansone 66 in Neptune. Jay is the manager in charge and has always treated me fairly and is extremely friendly to me. Very professional when I deal with him. My mechanic is Shane. He knows both of my cars and takes good care of them for me. I feel confident when I leave that I'm in good hands. I recommend them if you are having problems with your vehicles.
They can be trusted to do the right thing.

Tried to get the advertised price on the website, but monthly payments and interest rate they offered did not work out to the listed price. Very sad as I was very interested in the vehicle. Total Scam: Received flyer in the mail letting us know that this business was having a contest and we should scratch off a portion to see if we won anything. Turns out the flyer said we won a 70inch TV. We called up ahead of time because it was too good to be true and we were told we were winners so we went on down. When we entered we were then informed that the flyer was invalid and then immediately confiscated(even though it was the correct location and in-between the contest windows) but that if we went and looked around the lot, spoke with a salesperson, and gave out our phone number we would receive a $100 gift card. We said why not for a few minutes of our time but again this proved too good to be true. We were handed a pamphlet with instructions on the top to claim out $100 gift card but sadly this turned out to be a total scam as well. It's not a $100 gift card it's 4 $25 gift cards to be used at shady online retailers where everything is incredibly overpriced (all over $25) so the cards are literally unusable! We will never be coming back to any Sansone as this was a clear bait and switch tactic that took advantage of us.

I found the truck i was looking for on the internet and contacted Sansone Jr's 66. I got an automated response and a call back the next day.
Robert Desantis was a straight up guy who respected the fact I that i was in the automotive field all of my life. The negotiation process was painless, and completed in a short amount of time. No silly pressure tactics and the financing was just as quick. I live 45 miles away from them and would make the trip again if i need another vehicle.

Mr Garcia was both knowledgable and understanding when explaining what my car needed.

First let me say Ive been a Sansone customer for over 10 years so that alone should tell you about the kind of service they provide, however this is my first experience (6/30/2020) with Sansone Jr.
Initially I was inquiring on line and they're exceptionally friendly customer service (Wendy Galdamez) caused me to make an in person appointment the same day. I was given 5 service from beginning to end. She and Steve not only took a genuine interest in me as a customer but made me totally comfortable with the process beyond my highest expectations. Time and attention was give to meeting my specific needs but also my interests. Both sales representatives were not only knowledgeable about the car I was considering they also eased any concerns I had. I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with my 2020 Nissan Altima SR purchase !

Nothing could have been done to make my experience at Sansone Jr s 66 Nissan any better than it was! Aside from the repairs that were made which were all done beautifully. I was in the area so I stopped in to make an appointment to have both my front and rear brakes serviced (it was time to replace both). Elizabeth, the Service Advisor asked me if wanted to have the work done at that moment. When I mentioned I thought it would be at least five hours (I was also having wiper blade and several air filter replacements as well as a repair to my tailgate not opening). She stated they had a service car I could have in order to get back and forth to my home or complete my chores for the day. Although the Service waiting area is amazingly friendly with its many amenities, I found this much more helpful due to the time it would take to complete the repairs. Elizabeth, the Service Advisor, is continually helpful in every aspect of my experience at the dealership. From the moment of contact and throughout the repair processes, up to and including picking up my vehicle, Elizabeth has always personally made sure my repairs were thoroughly completed and that my car was returned to me as in pristine condition, washed and ready for me upon arrival. She also always keeps me in the loop during the process, as she has done every time I have come in for service. It has been very reassuring to have her involved in each of my many experiences at Sansone s!

I had an amazing experience at Sansone Jr's. Dan McGeveran is by far the greatest Sales Consultant I've dealt with and I never once felt pressured like most places can make you feel. He was most concerned with me getting the car I really wanted and not with just making a sale. I ended up leasing a 2014 Nissan Altima and I could not be any more happy with my purchase. Why call? Too much jargon and runaround after multiple calls. Would never have signed a 12k mile lease. Told it was 20k like i asked and trusted your salesman and didnt read it slid into the contract. 15 years no problems. Told nissan had a program if over miles they forgive if you get in another nissan. Tried trading about a year prior and told we cant do anything about it. Would have prevented all of this if all the lies didnt happen. You really think that little check you sent fixed this? Balance should have been paid off for all the lies and somehow everyone there make it out to be my fault. Guess it is for trusting rt 66.

I love Optima's and so glad my salesman, Kelvin Mayes took the time to ask me what was my must haves and listened to what meant the most to me in my decision. Kelvin was very knowledgable, patient and answered all my questions to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I previously bought a used car from Sansone Jrs 3 years ago and Kelvin was my salesman at that time too. I knew I wanted to come back to Sansone Jrs for my next purchase because they treat you like part of the family and a valued customer. The manager Tony was very welcoming and assured me I would be happy with my purchase. And he was right!. All in all I received great financial terms and Kelvin made the car buying experience very exciting and enjoyable.
