Josh was the plumber that flushed our water heater today because of our water heater being blocked due to buildup. He was very informative about my water softener and gave us good advice on what kind of salt to use and other advice I didn t think to ask about. Although we didn t purchase our water softener thru them he took the time to explain and answer my questions (unlike the people I purchased it from). He was very professional and informative on Jon Wayne s Products!! This was our first time using Jon Wayne and they will be our go to people going forward!
