Late in the afternoon on the 4th of July, our less than one year old AC unit quit working. Knowing it would be impossible to get serviced on the holiday weekend, I elected to send Jon Wayne Service Company an email explaining the problem. Less than five minutes after sending the email, I received a call from a Jon Wayne representative. After a short discussion, I was scheduled for a service call the next morning at 9am. Right on time, Carlo Avendano arrived at the front door. In about ninety minutes Carlo checked all the systems on our AC, replaced a defective capacitor and was on his way. There was not one penny charge because we were under warranty. I am still reeling from surprise at the extremely fast response from Jon Wayne and the fine professional service provided by Carlo. Jon Wayne has my total confidence and recommendation.
