I would like to state that I received the most outstanding air condition service that I have ever received. My air conditioner stopped cooling so I called Jon Wayne Service company and they sent a Tech by the name of Carlos out to fix my system. Carlos was very polite and professional in all his actions in repairing my system. He explained everything he was doing. He had my system up and running in about an hour and a half. Carlos was the most professional technician that I have had working on my systems I have ever had. Jon Wayne Service Company should feel very lucky to have such a professional on their staff.
