The entire experience was a blessing. I sent a text to Robert in Jon Wayne in response to Angie's List. Robert calle me within a couple minutes. He explained the pricing, service call procedures and scheduling. I approved and immediately spoke with a scheduling technician who set me up immediately. I was provided the name of the plumber and an approximate time of arrival. The plumber (Steve Grimes) arrived within 25 minutes. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and approximately 90 minutes from my original text to Robert explaining the plumbing problem it was history, and the price was outstanding.Thing is I tried several other plumbers before I called Jon Wayne - beginning over a month ago and all I got was lies and promises.
