The technician, Tom Rodriguez, was amazing and thoroughly checked all of my systems, electrical, water quality and ensured that I was informed about what was going on and if there were any suggested changes or areas of improvement. Will definitely request him in the future and highly recommend Jon Wayne as a whole. I have had them do electrical, plumbing, hot water relacement, and AC/furnace repair and service.
