Had a very sudden breakdown of my AC. Called Jon Wayne and they came out same day. It was a very serious issue that could have cost me a lot. What I liked about them was they offered me several options from very high to the bear minimum. I can appreciate when I company knows not everyone has $$$ to spend. The tech that helped me was fantastic and really walked us through the different options and made us feel comfortable. Hats off to Mr. Dylan Fisher. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, came to save the day! Thank you!!
