Man o' man. Where do I start? Got a knock at the door and realize Jon Wayne was here for maintenance on my A/C. Travis presented himself casually but professionally. Informed me what he was here for, what work he was going to do and so on. Don't know what it was about this young man, but, his demeanor, his attitude, and his love for the Company was overwhelming.
