We had a much better experience with this company the second time around. Service tech Robert was great and replaced a faulty GVCI outdoor outlet in about 30 minutes. The company at least honors there warranty and we were not charged. My original complaint still stands we paid $445 to do the same job 6 months ago with just an added light switch replaced. They never justified this cost to us.
