James was very professional. He took an inventory of what NEEDED to be done at a fair cost. The one thing that stood out for me was, never once did he try to push a new unit on me. He just looked at what the problem was and gave us options on how to fix it. He also was able to answer to the best of his ability on the other house hold issues. James you are greatly appreciated.
