Today was the second time we requested/received this service. The service advisor, James Quandt, was courteous, polite and professional. He provided explanations on each task prior to starting the work; that was courtesy and professional. That action eliminated questions we would have asked. James is a star and Jon Wayne Service Company should be honored to have such a valued professional on their team. Again, outstanding service!
