Jon Wayne has serviced me twice during the Covid-19 period--one for a warranty replacement water-heater and also for a AC thermostat replacement. Both services visits were as professional and effective as service at other times; I've been a JW customer for nearly ten-years. Both the replaced thermostat and the water-heater were on the edge of their warranty-expirations. Both the plumbing shop and Leonard/AC were effective, efficient and properly-masked and behaved in this time of viral defensive relations.
