Was given a 18000.00 quote for a new 2 ton system or 2000.00 for repairs not needed. was told had no problems at all by another company. Tech said system had clogged drain line and it didnt, said i needed upstairs and down stairs capacitor,didnt. Told needed new compressor and I didnt. Shame on you! Trying to take advantage during a pandemic.

So this is the worst plumbing service in the world.. am so disappointed, Called and was told over the phone it s $99 to clear a drainage, came here and Derick the plumber said $99 was the old price & it gets worse....then if he uses a snake to clear the drainage it s $250, if he uses a flush it s $599 & if he uses a super flush it s $1099, so wait why should I care what you tool you use.. ? I asked him to vanish
Worst company ever. Worst customer service ever. Started a job and didn't finish, caused more problems, won't respond, put in the wrong work order with the city and I could go on.
Tech. arrived on time. Very Professional and friendly. We needed to get our a/c fixed. Tech did a great job testing the a/c unit to find out the problem. Turned out to be the blower fan in the unit in the attic.
Until we replace the blower we won t know it there is anymore problems.
Will definitely call John Moore Services to fix this issues and future problems.

Sky with john moore AC provided excellent service. He identified the problem very quickly and provided several different options to alleviate the problems with my old AC unit. He was able to get it up and running very quickly.
I have not actually used their service yet, but this program they have for delivery potting soil and plants for the kiddos is just awesome. We just had our kit delivered and can t wait to plant the flowers. I will definitely call them if we ever need their service just for doing this for the community.
They dropped off a seedling kit for the kids to do during quarantine. Wow, I'm blown away by their thoughtful community service gesture! If their service is this good for a non- business transaction, I can only imagine their customer service is phenomenal. I will be back to support them when I have a need, for sure!

Michael Shackelford assisted me and he was wonderful! For the 1st appt, he called ahead to see what the problem was. We determined that it was the fixture and not the switch, so I cancelled the appt and bought the fixture and set a new appt. He had already saved me time by that one phone call. When he came out, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly got the work done. I highly recommend him.

He seemed more interested in repiping my house house than replacing the outdoor faucet. He kept trying warn me about leaks (I don't have any), questioning about my knowledge of my home and what might happen if he replaced the faucet ( which he never actually look at, observed from my back door). I was expecting a plumber but got a high pressure salesman.

Alex the A/C tech came to my house and charged me $69 for a tune up. He just went in to my attic without tools and then came down and then he went outside to my A/C unit and goes to his John Moore van and comes in my house with a total of three different break down totals. What the hell? The lady over the phone said they would clean my A/C coils and put some liquid. I questioned Alex the tech and he said nope I'm just here to look and tell you what s wrong with the A/C and he was suppose to clean the coils and he didn t and you couldn t even ask him questions because he had that I don t care attitude!
The company had awesome Customer Service. Our service guy Russell H was helpful friendly and knowledgeable. He was great we will be requesting him gain.
Our A/C Technician, Leo Delacerda provided outstanding service in a timely and professional manner. He was able to reset of A/C compressor and provided information that would help us in the future if the same situation occurred. Extremely pleased with overall service. I called John Moore, they sent a guy(young by the way) to my house because my hot water pressure is low when I turn it on. Within 15 seconds of looking at it he said it was best if I get a new one that he was able to give me a quote on the spot and that they offer financing on it, $2400 . I wonder how he knows I need a new water heater if he didn't even touch it or even had a good look at it or troubleshooting it... I will be looking for another company which would like to get a new customer and be able to get the job done and not just trying to get money off people!!!

My kitchen basin sink drain has been clogged since yesterday evening, today in the morning I called two private plumbing guys they gave me quote in between ($450 - $500). I then checked John Moore and they charged me in b/w ($200 - $250). Glad I called them and took their service.

These guys are the most expensive plumbers in the world. This is literally highway robbery. They wanted $500 to replace the parts inside my toilet. $500!!!!!!!! Seriously!!!!!!! C'mon now. That's just insane.

The got here when they said they would and were friendly and professional. The only reason I gave 4 stars is there was a problem with the unit that was getting installed so they had to go back to the shop and get another one and reinstall it. The 2 guys kept us in the loop about what was going on and finished the job without complaint, even though they ran into an issue right at the end of the job and on a Saturday.
I just had the most excellent customer service provided by Humphrey from John Moore services. My AC went out this past week and John Moore was able to give me an appt around my work schedule. John Moore text to confirm the appt and Humphrey the technician called me prior arrival. Very quickly, Humphrey was able to diagnose the problem and knew what needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I highly recommend them! You can trust John Moore for Speedy AC services!
I have used John Moore for multiple services and they were great when it comes to fixing my electrical problem and a roof repair which is why I gave them 2 stars. This review is based on their pest control service. Their technician Juan did a good job and discovered other issues in my attic that I was not aware of so my issue is not with him but with their pest control sales and service.
I hired John Moore on November 25th to install a rat barrier / wrap around my crawl space under my house to prevent rodents from accessing my attic or other areas beneath my house. When they came out and sold me on the service, they mentioned it included an access door so that if anyone needed to access the crawl space in the future, there would a door installed.
On the final day that they installed the rat barrier, I asked about the access door in which the technician mentioned that it wasn't really necessary and if anyone needed to access the crawl space, they could just unscrew the mesh wire fencing. I expressed my concern with that option as it would compromise the integrity of the barrier.
The following Monday, on December 2nd, I called the salesperson I initially met with, Wallace and expressed this concern in which he said they would get it taken care of. After not hearing anything back for a few days, I called back to talk to Wallace, in which he said they would have to get their renovations team to come out and build a door and he would call back once everything was confirmed. I never heard back.
I called again today, December 10th and spoke to Wallace. He said his manager was supposed to have come out to the house and take a look at it but to date, I had never had anyone come to my house regarding this issue. I was also told they would ball me back in about 10 minutes with an update and yet here I am 5 hours later and have not gotten an update or response.
I thought I could trust John Moore who I would think would take pride in their 5 star reputation but their pest control service is far from 5 stars service. It's frustrating when you are told something at the beginning of the sales pitch and after you have paid thinking it will get done, you still not only have not received what you were told you would receive but you cannot get an answer.
Fred came patiently and promptly to our house multiple times while we were trying to get just the right parts. He was friendly and professional. We are thankful for his service!
We called John Moore to fix a water heater problem ... the pilot light ignition did not work. Mr. Gutuierrez inspected the unit and said that the control unit was broken and they did not carry these in stock and would be several weeks to get a new control unit. Herecommended we purchase a new unit with an estimated cost of $4,139.34. I called my son who came over this morning and was able to clean the contacts in the igniter in about five minutes and the unit functioned normally. We feel that John Moore service personnel should explore all options to repair the unit before trying to sell a new, very expensive unit. Byron Varme
