I just had the most excellent customer service provided by Humphrey from John Moore services. My AC went out this past week and John Moore was able to give me an appt around my work schedule. John Moore text to confirm the appt and Humphrey the technician called me prior arrival. Very quickly, Humphrey was able to diagnose the problem and knew what needed to be done.
