Henry came out in an initial visit to our house for an introduction with John Moore Services. He was very professional, friendly, just a great representative for the business. Henry is the reason that we went with John Moore - he never gave up. He made promises to us about certain additional services which he took care of in a very prompt, efficient and quality manner. He was with us every step of the way through the purchase of 2 AC units, pest control services, roofing and electrical services. We are very happy to have met Henry and John Moore needs to take care of him - he was awesome!
