David M. was FANTASTIC! 'Big D' was friendly, articulate, and knowledgeable throughout our conversation. He knew our issue with the electrical panel replacement, knew what other issue may happen related to our issue, and we were able to confirm several key areas that needed repair. He gave us repair options and info about each option and why they were different prices. David was fun to chat with and knew everything. I couldn't ask a question he didn't have an expert answer for.
