I got an estimate for replacing two hot water heaters. The project manager who gave me the estimate was very nice and helpful. At times I thought he was trying to do a hard sell job but he was only doing his job. I am afraid the estimate is way out of line. I believe the price is way to high.

James Robinson was very knowledgable and got straight to the problem that we were having with our AC unit. From now on, John Moore Services is our go to for all of our service needs. Thank you James Robinson for making this visit pleasant!

Mr. Garcia, presented himself as a professional that knew how to access and explain what my needs were and helped me understand that permits had to be completed for John Moore could do the job required. He showed me what was causing the problems. He walked me outside to explain it was not the sewer and explained he came up with conclusions . Allowed number of questions and explained on a level that I was able to understand. Made an attempt to main office to get repairs financed but application was denied. I appreciated his concern and even calling to see what would be done to help us.

My service man did an outstanding job checking my soft water unit! He was polite and knew what he was doing and explained how the unit worked! Great employee!

I was lie too.that my AC need to be replaced got a second opinion it only need a tune-up and freon they want to charge 6000 or 11000
I paid 400with the second opinion what a difference .

John did a great job of determining what needed to be repaired and explaining the options. Was very glad that I contacted John Moore Services. They were quick to respond. Both John Cantu and John Moore Services are highly recommended. Jerome Calhoun and Joseph de Jesus came out two days after John's visit (very fast turnaround) and installed two new water heaters in the attic above our second floor. Felipe Reta added an electrical connection for the flood stop valves and Roman Geldiyev came by to install the roof venting. Everyone was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. We were very pleased with the result and will continue to use John Moore Services in the future. Mr. Valentine, thank you for assembling such a great team.

Sky did an outstanding job for us today. He went above and beyond. We appreciate all that he did for us.

Alex was very informative and found the problem immediately. He gave advice on fixing the problem ourselves. He answered other questions about other problems we had as well. I would highly recommend Alex in particular as he was an outstanding technician. He even kindly helped our neighbor with a problem. Great job Alex.

Mr. Kiser was excellent. I was his last job of a long day after the Texas Big Freeze. He solved the initial problem, discovered a second leak, and solved it. The second leak was in a difficult place. He showed no signs of rushing or shorting the job to get home. Documentation is great. You do pay for the premium service with John Moore.

Very quick response when you are in a bind and great technicians. But caution everyone to obtain other estimates- it's a fixed price and is 100% higher than what others pay. Take out the cost of supplies and It averages more than $500 an hour for the work. We didn't have a choice as we could not find other plumbers who were available in March, and didn't want to be without hot water for a month.

J.D. was on time and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done. The price he quoted was reasonable. This is the 3rd time I've used John Moore and they're a great company.

All the experience. From the beginning of the call the very friendly receptionist. He listened to our problem and was able to make an appointment for us within a short time. Sky arrived evaluated. He gave a course, we accepted it and they financed us. And if God wants tomorrow they arrive and fix the entire air system and very attentive heater Mr. Sky. Tiwater.

I was having several plumbing issues so I called John Moore as they never charge to give you an estimate. I was very surprised that they were able to come out the very next day which was a Saturday! The representative arrived on time and was very polite, nicely dressed and explained all my plumbing issues to me. He was able to fix everything. Thank you John Moore. I will definitely be calling you when I need a repair.

They came to install a brand new ac. Problems with a horrible smell when we first turn it on in the spring. It leaks constantly. They do come out and spray it with something but it's a huge pain. While their techs were installing ac, they tore our screen door and drilled a hole in our ceiling.

Johnny Sanchez has been helpful so far. He was on time and courteous. We have scheduled our repair and he has committed to supervising the job himself. I like that

Felipe Reta provided a very professional estimate to replace my electric panel. He arrived on time and thoroughly replied to all my questions; He arrived promptly to replace my electric panel. Along with his assistant, they were able to install a new panel, mark the fuses, put in plugs for my garage door openers and add an exterior plug. The went over everything I needed to know and completed the job before 3:00 pm.

Cannot believe how much i was being overcharged for ac repair. One part wasnt even bad. The compressor was fine. I was also asked several times to make a decision today and finance the $1800 est I was being charged. Glad i got a second opinion.

David came to re-bait my rat boxes outside of my home. He is very professional and always has a smile on his face. Especially since I am immunocompromised and have to stay isolated, I truly appreciate seeing a smiling face. David is always punctual, friendly, and professional. He's an excellent example of being a Technician!

Here's the thing...no doubt they're competent and do good work, but I got two other quitesfor just the furnace replacement that were $2000 and $4000 less than John Moore. I'm just not willing to pay that kind of premium.

Andrew was very courteous and did a great job. I will use him next time I have electrical needs.

Hamad is a young, bright and honest person I come across in this type of business. He really cared about us and his work. He gave a good advice and I like him so much I signed up for one year service contract. I like the way he come across and it appears your company is very high-tech. I like to work with you in the future.

I had a leak last night and when I called, an answering service recieved my call. I was call promptly this morning and a very polite gentleman(Joseph) was my tech. He quoted me the three prices, as their commercial states and I had to choose the "good" one. I am happy I was able to get someone here to fix the pipes for me. I am thinking about having them redo the entire house.

I have a A/C unit installed by John Moore about 6 years ago, got a call from my tenant and said the A/C is not cooling, so I contacted John Moore and the technician Glenn came out the same day, very professional and knowledgeable, he has done a leak test and said the leak was coming from the coil. I have presented Glenn with my warranty paper and he made some phone calls and approved the repair without charging and scheduled the service to be done the next day. I have to say I was skepticle about calling them back, but I am glad that I did. I believe the company is make a positive change to improve.

The next day, two technicians came out Pablo & Eduardo. They kept the area clean while working on replacing the coil and making sure they are done right. Pablo was very patiently explained to me the working process when I asked questions. I share my experience with the public because I really think the company is going the right direction.

Donnie Martin was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the problem we were having with our disposal. He gave us several options for products and services as well as financing information. We are on a fixed income at this time and need to discuss our options before proceeding with repairs.

They are a top-notch company. I called Thursday afternoon, and early Friday morning Joseph showed up. Polite, friendly and ready to listen to my long winded story of my water issues. He listened politely and then went to work. It ended up being a major water issue, he needed to call a team in and they all just got the job done.......the SAME day. They left the site cleaner than when they started. I was impressed, and I do HIGHLY rate them.

I don't know about their service, but I was quoted 3x's the rate that 3 other companies quoted to do the same work.

He was very helpful and if I had a question about the job he was working on he took the time to explain it and how it works. Very happy with the service that Mark provided for me and my family during this time of unprecedented change in the world, thanks you so much I appreciate it.

Really good price on our new, brand-name A/C system. All techs were very professional and finished the work on schedule. They did all that heavy removal of old mechanical parts, without dropping one bit of dirt or dust on the carpet. They really did a great job, and we will definitely stick with John Moore from now on! I am very satisfied with services Provided from JOHN MOORE !!! My water heater was giving me trouble. Actually I turned off the gas to the heater because I was afraid it might explode and cause a fire. I didn't know who to call. Then the John Moore advertisement appeared on my television screen. I decided to call their number and schedule an appointment. They promptly came out and assessed my entire problem, explaining the new codes for my area and calculated my repair costs. Their service team was very professional and they work well with each other. The office staff and the repair staff. They are a great team!!!

My Service Tech Vincent Hicks took the time to help me understand what needed to be done in order to resolve my issue. I did not feel pressured, but felt informed. This is why John Moore is always my first phone call.

Scheduled to install a new Trane AC/Heater with Heat Pump and a PCO-Whole House Air Cleaner/Filtration System! Great working with these guys! Rhea was awesome and professional - so was Phillip Gamez! The two techs that came out and actually did the work - Guillermo Perez and Luciano Garcia were great! Very respectful of the members of our household and courteous! The install looks really good and they cleaned up EVERYTHING so nicely! I will call John Moore for any future needs!

John Daniels is an excellent plumber. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and hard working. He came out on a weekend and solved several major issues for me very quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Extremely dedicated.

Do not fall for the catchy jingle, and the nice looking trucks. John Moore will overcharge you for repairs!!!! I called John Moore out because my wife needled me to have them come look at raccoons in the attic. John Moore wanted to charge us $1800 to cover soffit vents! After they left, I showed my wife the quote, then went to Home Depot, and bought the vents for $100, Waited for the raccoon to leave during the day, and in a Hour and a half, I had the vents replaced, and my wife a believer in being skeptical about jingles, and flashy trucks.

A second incident is where a tenant of mine started having a/c problems, and She decided to call John Moore before talking to me.(dazzled by the catchy jingle, and the flashy trucks) They quoted her $6000 to REPAIR a A/C unit that cost $2500 two years ago to install! She presented me with the quote and expected me to pay it, because she was dazzled by the jingle, and the flashy trucks. I said no, and called the trusted A/C guy who installed the entire unit. He recharged the unit, and replaced the coil.(Free since it was still under warranty) Total cost: $235 for freon, parts, and labor

John Moore SUCKS!!! They did our electrical on our house and the rate was sky high!!! And supposedly our outdoor outlets were suppose to work and they didn't. We called them out twice, thinking we wouldn't get charged for it because it's lifetime guarantee. Their rates they charge are outrageous. Don't let them even "look" into your outlet or switch because they will charge you over $200 for that and they won't even tell you that you're getting charged for it. I will NEVER use them again. They screwed us over $7000!!! When we see their commercials on tv, it makes our stomachs turn!!! Do not use them unless you have money to throw away!!
