Extremely satisfied with their response time, professionalism, services and more importantly pricing. My kitchen basin sink drain has been clogged since yesterday evening, today in the morning I called two private plumbing guys they gave me quote in between ($450 - $500). I then checked John Moore and they charged me in b/w ($200 - $250). Glad I called them and took their service.
