I called John Moore, they sent a guy(young by the way) to my house because my hot water pressure is low when I turn it on. Within 15 seconds of looking at it he said it was best if I get a new one that he was able to give me a quote on the spot and that they offer financing on it, $2400 . I wonder how he knows I need a new water heater if he didn't even touch it or even had a good look at it or troubleshooting it... I will be looking for another company which would like to get a new customer and be able to get the job done and not just trying to get money off people!!!
