Once again John Moore services did not disappoint. 5 stars for Papal Mustafa. He was courteous, professional and answered my concerns. I highly recommend John Moore for all my AC and plumbing needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Papal Mustafa for giving me peace of mind.

I use John Moore pest control for the last two years and I have no pest.

The services rendered by Mr. Pedro (Pete) Castelo were phenomenal. His professional manners and skill expertise were beyond my expectations. Since I know very little about air conditioners systems, Pete spoke in terms that were understandable which made things very easy for me to comprehend. I am very appreciative for Pete s patience and time resolving my situation. In addition, I must commend the John Moore company for being the best in my opinion. God bless each and every one of the angels who work there. I will never hesitate to call and will forever recommend John Moore to all. Thank you so much.

Mr. Geldiyev and Mr. Reddick came to our house because we had roof damage and my wife and I are so thankful that they did. Both of these gentlemen were professional and did not cut corners. Our technician was able to come out the same day to fix our AC. He found a dead lizard had shorted out a circuit. Anyway, he was able to get our system going again in about an hour.

Jaime provides timely and excellent service for us today. He thoughtfully listened to our concerns, respected our budgets made the necessary repairs and ensured everything was functioning properly before completing the job. He made suggestions of what we could do in the future to optimize our system but was respectful of our timeline for additional repairs! Thank you and great work! Got new A.C. units from here to the tune of $25000.00. Convinced myself that we'd used an established company and the money would be worth it bc the job would be done right. The next few days after the install the house was hotter than before we got the new units. They weren't reaching temperature and we had to have the attic work completely redone. Worked better but not perfect. A year later we're using fans in every room with A.C. on just to feel comfortable and the units are once again not reaching temperature. Called john Moore and they claim to be booked and I could pay for them to come out sooner than a week but in order for it to be free I'd have to wait a week. I almost decided to have them install my water heater as well but definitely won't be doing that. Our electricity bill has doubled since the new A.C. units have been installed. Using this company was a huge mistake.

Great experience, Mr. Andrew Estrada really got the job done. He didn t rush, explained issues step by step. I m sticking with John Moore!

My A/C unit went out in this Texas summer heat! I called John Moore Saturday morning at 8 am, they began servicing my unit by 10 am that morning. They are very professional individuals! I was so happy they were able install a new that same day. My house is cooling once again thanks to John Moore!

We had an electrical problem. Felipe was very professional in assessing and diagnosing it.

Don't use these people if you want quality work at a reasonable price. They quoted me $1,200 to fix a water heater gas valve stating they needed to drain it and get the part. I called anther company and they fixed the part under warranty for $150. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

The service was great, our technicians were awesome, they were courteous, professional and clean. They clearly know what they are doing and worked fast and efficient. I was however disappointed with the fact that John Moore Service had sent me an email with a discount and although I did not see it with the original estimate I found it while they were still doing the work. I called the service to ask about it, they said it should not be a problem but I needed to contact my Agent. I contacted my agent and they would not honor it even though it was still within the 30 day expiration. I would of took it further however the work itself was great and our technician Kahill and his assistant did such a great job I decided to leave it alone. Still however, for price it cost, would of thought they would of honored the 10 percent off they offered.

J.D is a pretty cool dude and quickly got the shower fixed and quoted other items in the house.

A plumber named Mark was sent to fix our issue. In fact, the dispatcher kept us abreast of any delay related to his arrival. I thought that it was really nice that John Moore respected our time. Fortunately, he arrived earlier than we expected. Also, he did call and give an ETA on his arrival, which was great!

Anyway, the plumber arrived on time (actually early). He was able to pinpoint the problem right away. He explained that the problem was not with the pipes but inside the house instead. He also checked the hot water heater, which he said is their standard policy.

Mark offered to fix the problem, and he gave us an alternative. We made a decision. Then, he quickly fixed the issue, he cleaned up his mess, and he explained what we mistakenly thought was the problem. Voila! The toilet flushed without any issues. The load noise coming from the pipes was gone, just like that!

He did not talk over our heads, but he clearly explained everything to us. Mark was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend using John Moore Services.

Called because some of my duct work was not connected to my unit. The tech looked at it and told me that there are many problems that need to be fixed. They immediately set up an appointment for the next day to fix the problems I am having. I was using a smaller company, that I can no longer get hold of. I guess I will now be using John Moore.

What can I say? The representative that came out to address my water heater problem was fast, efficient, friendly, informative and encouraging. I l use the word encouraging because from the moment I open the door, he immediately set out to put my mind at ease by telling me whatever the problem I m pretty sure we can get it taken care ! And true to his word within minutes he had the problem Identified , The solution mapped out, and resolved. Big ups and my hats off to Mr. Russell Herd and John Moore.

I was interested in replacing an A/c unit so he gave me an estimate.

Russell was sent to my house to do a plumbing job. He was very professional, polite and completely explained the job before starting the repairs. I had used John Moore plumbing about 3 years ago and was very disappointed.Thank God they have people like Russell working for them. I would use them again if they promised to send Russell to do the repairs.

I have to say, John Moore Services was up fantastic. They were front about costs, offered value pricing, had streamlined processes, and did amazing work. From scheduling to delivery, it was straight forward. My tech, Henry was personable and followed safe practices. He was professional, worked diligently, and was shockingly straight forward. We talked about the age and condition of my existing HVAC system. He offered suggestions on future options when it needs replacement. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I was a valued customer with a trusted source. Amazing. Kudos to Henry and the whole John Moore team.

We re very appreciative that Mr. Lopez told us to check with the city first to see where our leak originated before embarking on a very costly investigation. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.

Jaime is the A/C technician everyone needs. His knowledge, attention to detail, and overall compassion for the job really shows in his work. Very friendly and would highly recommend.

This company is an absolute "RIP OFF". $260.00 charged to come out. $3500.00 estimate to repair. A total of $3760.00. Once Johnny Sanchez left, I dug up the pipe myself (4.5ft deep, 3ft under house & 6ft out) and found "NO" leak at all and "NO" damage to the pipes. I went to the hardware store, bought a $40.00 "plumbers snake" and unclogged "Both" drains. I fixed the problem myself in a matter of minutes. I saved $3720.00. Beware of Johnny Sanchez. (Lead Plumber). My shower in the (MB) and bathtub in the guest bdrm were clogged. Johnny S. did not ever come in the house to look at the problem. Instead, Johnny S. put the camera down the main clean out. Afterwards, Johnny S tried to show me what the problem was telling me I had a major leak and damage to the pipes and sewage was having difficulty draining to the street. Lots of pipes had to be replaced. Johnny S then went to his truck to draw up the estimate. (see above). After I reviewed Johnny's estimate, I simply could not afford John Moore's services. Once I declined the service, Johnny S. became very rude. Johnny S acted like the estimate he gave was no big deal and not understanding at all. John Moore is a SCAM, and Johnny Sanchez is an unethical representative. Today I've been able to discourage approximately 12 neighbors from using John Moore. I'm continuing to get the word out about this "Scam" company". The people of Houston will soon know John Moore's commercials and services are BUNK. John Moore is taking advantage of the hard working class in Houston. Below are pictures of the hair I pulled out of both clogged drains. All our waste water is flowing quickly and smoothly to the street. Thanks to "ME" NOT John Moore.

Called John Moore on Christmas Eve after my usual company let me down. The lady I spoke with on the phone was courteous and professional. She told me what it would cost to snake the line from our kitchen sink / dishwasher, arranged for a technician to arrive a couple of hours later and took payment for the visit. Javier G arrived as promised after giving us a 30 minute heads up. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. I felt like I knew him already as I had received an email confirming my appointment with his picture/name in it. Great experience overall.

William is very knowledgeable and dedicated! He left our home to pick up the replacement parts, and despite the terrible flooding, tornado warnings and touch downs (and my advise to take inclement weather alternatives), managed to make it back with the parts to install them and get our AC running again!

I booked my first service with John Moore for a new electric plug (for an electronic toilet seat) and installation of a video doorbell. Joshua Davis was very professional and went above and beyond ensuring that the completed work surpassed my expectations explaining things to me as he went. Joshua even installed our new, ridiculously fancy toilet seat. I will definitely book Joshua for future home improvements. You should too!

This was my second time using John Moore Services. Like the first, I was extremely satisfied with the service of their plumbers. Chad was warm, cordial and professional. Excellent communication in explaining the problem and solution for the repair. It was done in a timely manner and looked as if there was never anything wrong. Chad is a 5 star employee. Darrell took a great deal of time replacing my toilet & the plumbing underneath my sink. There wasn t much room to maneuver in the 1/2 bath, but in spite of that he did an awesome job. His attention to detail was a plus this morning & I m GRATEFUL.

Excellent service except for the scheduler who wanted to change my appointment from Friday to Monday and I had to remind her that I have been without water already for 2 days!

Do NOT call John Moore they charged a widow at the front of our neighborhood $1100 to CAP two pipes and said it would be $1500/each to fix! Gauging at its best.
RIDICULOUS to take advantage of people.

Pete came out on very short notice, as I had an AC blockage that had overflowed from the attic through the upstairs ceiling. But he did everything necessary to locate it and remove it, and made sure I knew how to make sure it would not happen again.

Although the service man was running late we were kept informed as to his progress. When he was here he was a pleasure to have in our home and did an excellent job for us. I would highly recommend John Moore Service , especially if Darrell is your technician.

Took off a half day of work for my scheduled appointment of 2-6pm. I received email at 230 stating the electrician would be here by 4. By 5:15 still no show or call. I called john moore and was told i was still on the schedule. At 545 someone called saying the tech was 40 miles away in south houston (im in the woodlands) and that they would be very late and i should re schedule. No thanks, ill just find another electrician that can keep their window, or at least notify me within a reasonable time frame. Good thing i took the day off. Needless to say i wont attempt to hire them again.

These guys DID NOT charge a fee to diagnose the problem with my HVAC system. Turns out a button my housekeeper flipped shut A/C down.
Very professional service, technician put covers on his boots entering the house and found the problem in about 15 minutes. The bill for fixing this was NOTHING! My experience with this company from beginning to end was on point.

Russell Herd took care of moving a gas line for us. Very quick, and did a good job.

The technician that came to my home responding to my requested quote for air duct cleaning, was very professional. He introduced himself at the door, and before entering, he covered his shoes to protect my floors. After confirming the request, he then proceeded to do an inspection, afterwards he was very through in explaining my equipment and giving me more detailed facts regarding my interest. he was very thorough in explaining my option regarding the serviced related to my service request, even had pictures explaining the equipment, it's process, benefits, and estimates regarding completion time with manpower, and estimated costs. All in all I would refer John Moore to my family, friends, and customers.

I had a problem with my bathtub cartridge, toilet, and kitchen faucet. The situation was reviewed and a prompt resolution was given. I am very happy with the results of the work provided. This employee is an example that all technicians should follow.

Our business was having some AC issues, these guys came out. I was told we had a leak in the coil of one of our units and the motor was out in the other. I was told I need to replace the motor and get a new unit. The next day I get an estimate at 6:30 in the morning for 15 THOUSAND dollars. I said no way, I'm getting a second opinion. I called a friend who knew an AC guy, $65 dollars later I needed a new belt, unit is working great again. No leaks, no motor issues. John Moore and its service techs are a bunch of scam artists.
