Took off a half day of work for my scheduled appointment of 2-6pm. I received email at 230 stating the electrician would be here by 4. By 5:15 still no show or call. I called john moore and was told i was still on the schedule. At 545 someone called saying the tech was 40 miles away in south houston (im in the woodlands) and that they would be very late and i should re schedule. No thanks, ill just find another electrician that can keep their window, or at least notify me within a reasonable time frame. Good thing i took the day off. Needless to say i wont attempt to hire them again.
