Got new A.C. units from here to the tune of $25000...

Got new A.C. units from here to the tune of $25000.00. Convinced myself that we'd used an established company and the money would be worth it bc the job would be done right. The next few days after the install the house was hotter than before we got the new units. They weren't reaching temperature and we had to have the attic work completely redone. Worked better but not perfect. A year later we're using fans in every room with A.C. on just to feel comfortable and the units are once again not reaching temperature. Called john Moore and they claim to be booked and I could pay for them to come out sooner than a week but in order for it to be free I'd have to wait a week. I almost decided to have them install my water heater as well but definitely won't be doing that. Our electricity bill has doubled since the new A.C. units have been installed. Using this company was a huge mistake.
