This was my second time using John Moore Services. Like the first, I was extremely satisfied with the service of their plumbers. Chad was warm, cordial and professional. Excellent communication in explaining the problem and solution for the repair. It was done in a timely manner and looked as if there was never anything wrong. Chad is a 5 star employee. Thanks to the John Moore team from start to finish.
