Called John Moore on Christmas Eve after my usual company let me down. The lady I spoke with on the phone was courteous and professional. She told me what it would cost to snake the line from our kitchen sink / dishwasher, arranged for a technician to arrive a couple of hours later and took payment for the visit. Javier G arrived as promised after giving us a 30 minute heads up. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. I felt like I knew him already as I had received an email confirming my appointment with his picture/name in it. Great experience overall.
