This company is an absolute "RIP OFF". $260.00 charged to come out. $3500.00 estimate to repair. A total of $3760.00. Once Johnny Sanchez left, I dug up the pipe myself (4.5ft deep, 3ft under house & 6ft out) and found "NO" leak at all and "NO" damage to the pipes. I went to the hardware store, bought a $40.00 "plumbers snake" and unclogged "Both" drains. I fixed the problem myself in a matter of minutes. I saved $3720.00. Beware of Johnny Sanchez. (Lead Plumber). My shower in the (MB) and bathtub in the guest bdrm were clogged. Johnny S. did not ever come in the house to look at the problem. Instead, Johnny S. put the camera down the main clean out. Afterwards, Johnny S tried to show me what the problem was telling me I had a major leak and damage to the pipes and sewage was having difficulty draining to the street. Lots of pipes had to be replaced. Johnny S then went to his truck to draw up the estimate. (see above). After I reviewed Johnny's estimate, I simply could not afford John Moore's services. Once I declined the service, Johnny S. became very rude. Johnny S acted like the estimate he gave was no big deal and not understanding at all. John Moore is a SCAM, and Johnny Sanchez is an unethical representative. Today I've been able to discourage approximately 12 neighbors from using John Moore. I'm continuing to get the word out about this "Scam" company". The people of Houston will soon know John Moore's commercials and services are BUNK. John Moore is taking advantage of the hard working class in Houston. Below are pictures of the hair I pulled out of both clogged drains. All our waste water is flowing quickly and smoothly to the street. Thanks to "ME" NOT John Moore.
