The service was great, our technicians were awesom...

The service was great, our technicians were awesome, they were courteous, professional and clean. They clearly know what they are doing and worked fast and efficient. I was however disappointed with the fact that John Moore Service had sent me an email with a discount and although I did not see it with the original estimate I found it while they were still doing the work. I called the service to ask about it, they said it should not be a problem but I needed to contact my Agent. I contacted my agent and they would not honor it even though it was still within the 30 day expiration. I would of took it further however the work itself was great and our technician Kahill and his assistant did such a great job I decided to leave it alone. Still however, for price it cost, would of thought they would of honored the 10 percent off they offered.
