They always keep me updated with my car when I come in for a service. They let me know in detail everything I may need for my next visit, which definitely helps me plan! I'm always satisfied when I come!

I purchased an older model Diesel Truck from John Eagle. Shortly after my purchase there were significant performance issues. I contacted John Eagle and despite the purchase being "as-is", John Eagle took the truck into their service center, provided a brand new vehicle as a loaner. After much testing (some of which was outsourced to a specialized Diesel technician) and ongoing discussion with John Eagle, it was discovered the vehicle had previously undergonbe significant modifications that were not in alignment with EPA regulations. John Eagle offered to buy the automobile back and procure financing for another vehicle of my choosing. "full-stop". This is far and above incredible customer service. John Eagle even changed internal policies and hired additional specialized diesel mechanics in the wake of this situation in order to mitigate future situations. The communication throughout the process was consistent, informative, honest and transparent. I could not be more pleased with my interaction with John Eagle. Every negative preconception that a consumer may have about a dealership can be laid aside in working with John Eagle. Nothing but class and integrity. Thank you to Marcus, Greg, Scott, John and everyone else behind the scenes that I did not get to meet personally. You have made me a lifetime client.

We had an excellent experience with Nick Greenberg at John Eagle Honda. Straightforward and prompt in all responses, and we are very happy with our purchase. He was great to work with as was everyone else at John Eagle Honda.

My wife and I first came here, when we were looking to trade in and upgrade a vehicle YEARS ago. However, we were not given the time of day of talking any business. They didn't even try to do a soft credit check to give us a chance. So, we went to a different Honda dealership where we upgraded BOTH cars. Now, we usually get the whole package in terms of warranty and the good thing about the ETHOS service package is that we can get it done at ANY Honda dealership. Or so we thought.... John Eagle is the closest dealership to us. I had taken my wife's car here because of the TPMS light coming on. They checked it and said it was fine and put some air in it. In about a week, the light came back on again. This time my wife took the car and she WAITED 30 minutes in the car until someone attended here. NO ONE WAS IN FRONT OF HER. Someone eventually acknowledged her (one of the cleaning crew) and the car was checked. They came back and said that there was a nail in the tire and that the service warranty had already expired. This just so happened to be the day AFTER we originally took it in. So... we had to purchase another tire. I sense a sale strategy here and I don't feel like they were thorough for a reason... continue reading.

Because of commute convenience, I have also taken my car here for the same reason. Only this time I had to wait 1.5 hours to get my tires checked. They did acknowledge that there was a nail in my tire and they had patched it and put air in it. When my vehicle was ready the TPMS light was still on. The guy said it would go away... I know it had to be calibrated but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. 3 days later... the light comes on AGAIN. Luckily, I was at Costco and I had their tire service center check it. The tire that was affected was not properly patched and ALL my tires were under the pressure requirement. Everything was below 28! They are all supposed to be 32!

I honestly feel this place will judge you for their business needs. It's exactly what they made us feel. We tried and gave them one too many chances. And if you come here to get service... go somewhere so that they can double check their work. If they can't service a tire well, it makes me wonder what else they can do wrong.

Currently trying to purchase a vehicle there. Long story short they are trying to sell me a vehicle with online price. Lot price is cheaper. Absolutely not. I don t understand what the deal is with these people. A car buying experience should be wonderful but it s turning into a negotiation battle over a price that s listed on the car.... in their lot. Finally got them to come down to their own lot price (mind you after going back n forth several times). Now that they finally have come down to their lot price they are tacking on an appearance package 1.3k worth. I DO NOT need Kahu or their 3rd PARTY TRACKING services on any of my vehicles or future vehicles. They originally added 2.5k for this package. Informed them this is optional, they LIED to me over the phone & said it is not optional but that they would help me out so they lowered it to 1.3k. Luckily I read the reviews from this dealership & several other people have had complaints over this same issue. This package is OPTIONAL ! BUYER BEWARE !!! Trying to put myself in this vehicle but it s mind blowing how a buyer wants to put himself in a vehicle more than the sales people want to sell a vehicle. Should be the other way around, no ? How Honda affiliates themselves with these people is beyond me !! Goodbye John Eagle, 1st & last time Hello Vandergriff Honda (No Nonsense)

I recently went in to have some work done on my daughter s 2013 Honda Civic. People in general were very nice and caring provided coffee & good snacks while I waited. Atmosphere bright & clean. I especially would like to thank Carl David and Edward. They listened to my concerns, made sure they understood what I expressed. Quite professional yet personable. Most appreciated since I am not from the area they made me feel welcomed in this huge city. I highly recommend John Eagle Honda on Lemmon Ave.

Great customer service! I was told by another service provider that I was going to need to get my alternator replaced. I took it to John Eagle Honda for their opinion. They asked if I wanted them do their own free diagnosis before just replacing the alternator. I m so glad they did because it turns out I didn t need my alternator replaced at all! Saved me almost $1,000 in replacement costs. Thank you to my service advisor, Jordan, who was so helpful in answering my questions and helping understand my options. I m definitely coming back if I have any car issues in the future. Also, the waiting area was clean. It has comfortable chairs and extra chargers for your phone!

Scam artists. Every dealership just seems like part of the mob. Take it in for a recall but wait all of this is wrong with the car and can't fix the recall till you pay for the parts+labor of $750. They say they can't get the key to turn at all in my 2004 pilot when I drove it there so obviously it was working before I brought it. They wouldn't do anything to fix it at all even though it seems the ignition was under the recall. Always wanting something more I would not bring my car here ever again!

I thought I got a good deal with these guys through our lease but came to discover that the salesman never had our back. We moved to Iowa from Texas the week we got the lease and they never told us that the taxes that were 'rolled into' our monthly payments would be for Texas only. So, once moved to Iowa, we had to pay double tax. They wouldn't readjust our payments. Crooks! They got $1090 extra out of us. This is my third and last Honda that I'll ever own or lease.

As recently as August 15th 2020, this dealer has no intention of honoring the prices they advertise on their website. Be prepared for them to have $2,000 "appearance packages" tacked on to the price when it comes time to discuss it, and then refuse to come down on the options without a knockdown drag out fight.

We came into the dealership prepared to buy the car we saw advertised online at the price they advertised online, but it appears that that car does not exist, and I suspect that none of the cars listed on their website exist or ever get sold at the prices they advertise.

Of the 3 people we interacted with, Ronald Jones was super nice and patient throughout the whole process, Johnny Yanez seemed halfway willing to make something work, but their GM JP Kinman resorted to weird handwritten notes and frankly adversarial text messages after the fact.

I won't be recommending John Eagle to anyone ever, and we were much happier driving 30 minutes north to Honda Cars of McKinney, where they beat John Eagle's price by more than $1,000 out the door, getting us in and out the door in less than 80 minutes.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I walked in the door unsure if I was going to be able to get a car at all. I owed more of my current vehicle than it was worth and I had a tight budget. My salesman Ross Iver was not only an expert on the car I was interested in, he was incredibly friendly and patient. He was the polar opposite of what one might expect to encounter walking into a dealership.

I was able to walk out the door with the exact car I wanted in my budget...all with a smile on my face. THANK YOU JOHN EAGLE HONDA!!!

I am currently leasing a vehicle with this dealership and was sold on the commitment and pride that their team sold me on, when it came to the ownership experience.

I regretfully must say that they provide a poor one and today I found out that I no longer receive free car washes with my vehicle. This was the main reason to buy from here instead of a competitor. I should have gone somewhere else and now will after my lease is over.

My plan was always to lease to own here but now will go to a dealership that honors their word. I don t appreciate the broken promises and me taking my business elsewhere will reflect that. Thank you for making it easy.

The Honda service representative was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming.
The cashier was just a delight; happy and at task.
Honda must be a joyful place to work because camaraderie, happiness, team work was evident in every department.

Invited to the dealership upon my Internet inquiry, the sales rep transferred me to a "trainee" after a limp handshake at the reception - not even the basic courtesy to offer a seat. The receptionist was more gracious. Anyway, the trainee was stiff as concrete with the written offer and I bid adieu in short order.

After visiting 7 or so other dealerships (Honda and otherwise), this dealership was by far the best. I was eagerly greeted by Maribel Erbay and she was very helpful and patient with me from the moment I arrived till far past their closing hours around 11 that night. She really spent time to understand me and my needs and went out of her way to get me the best car for a price I could afford. In addition, Jerome Kemp was incredibly helpful in the finances dept. and walked me through the whole process in a very honest, easy-to-understand manner.

Overall, this was a friendly, helpful and trustworthy dealership I would be honored to do business again with in the future.

I've never worked with a car salesman as easy to work with as DP. I would highly recommend buying your next car through him. He was extremely communicative and never pushy. He was always willing to go above and beyond to make my car buying experience the best it could be. I got my dream car and DP made it a breeze.

Arvin, and Jeremy were very professional , friendly and helpful. I love my civic , it was the first car I test drove there . A much better experience than going to carmax where they won t even reply to me or act interested (unless you re actually buying a vehicle).

Bad experience test drive with low fuel and we had to turn off AC, short drive and the car trim level is too much different to get a good feeling of what I want to know. No room to negotiate and open dialog, the worst visit ever.
Recommend to visit other dealers.

Yesterday I went for an inspection against my better judgment. They told me it would take an hour, it took two hours and 30 minutes. They then told me that my car would have failed the inspection because my tires were low on tread. I have NEVER heard of that in my life. Then they said it would cost around $850+ to replace all 4 tires on an 2017 HRV. This just did not make sense to me, so I left. Got my inspection somewhere else and they also shared that tire tread has nothing to do with inspection. I hate to think they were trying to get over me but I feel like that's what was happening. So frustrating...My family has supported John eagle for a long time from her 97 CRV to my HRV and my sister just purchased a Pilot. It s very sad to see this location turn into just another sleazy car dealership.

I cannot find enough words to talk about how great my experience was with Ann Stone! She contacted me originally, but when I explained my unique situation, she came up with a plan and made it happen. I went to meet with her with low expectations and the anticipation I would be spending the day at the dealership and she blew me away. Problem solved and deal closed in 20 minutes!! She is amazing - ask for her if you are headed to John Eagle Honda for anything!! She is courteous, resourceful, creative and a pleasure to work with.

I don t remember names lol finance dude is hysterical. But maybe it was just me roasting him and I appreciate him being a good sport at that lol anyway walked in and out with a new car way under the msrp and great financing. Would definitely go again. Everyone was attentive and amiable. I almost bought one along with my sister. I I subtracted a star because I didn t get to keep the bow.

I needed my 2008 Honda CRV serviced that I just brought to Dallas. My first experience with John Eagle service to schedule an appointment didn t go well as the only appointments the calendar showed was late October and this was the start of September. I called though as I thought this was a mistake and they scheduled me promptly and assigned Elio as my service advisor, so that was a positive.

I dropped my car off with Elio at 7 am Wednesday morning for two things, TPMS light coming on and to get my car detailed. Later in the day I called to make sure things were ok and Elio didn t know but would call me back in an hour. An hour later he called and they couldn t find anything wrong with TPMS and wouldn t be able to detail car today but I could leave overnight and pick up on Thurs after work. Frustrated I ended up just getting my CRV.

I just don t feel like I had the best service experience especially based on how the service website made it sound like each person assigned was your advocate to making sure the car was taken care of. Something went wrong but not sure what and at the end of the day I just left frustrated. I don t know how the car sales side is but for me services are important and I just couldn t buy a new car if the service side doesn t make me feel comfortable. As it is now I am concerned about TPMS sensor and will have to look elsewhere to make sure this isn t a problem.

9/10/2018 to add more to this, apparently John Eagle reported to whatever system that all of this work was done. That system then was pulled in to my car fax report showing service that wasn t performed.

I took my Honda in to the service center to get the door-lock replace because of a recall. This was my first experience with John Eagle Honda. They were quick and courteous and gave me a complimentary car wash and vacuumed my front seats!!

Being Latino is apparently a crime at this dealership. Ann Stone actually put the effort to being rude to me and my family as we tried to purchase a vehicle. I am having a hard time with people that are discriminatory towards people of different cultures. Well another sale lost. I went to their competitor and bought a brand new Accord. And they were nice to me and my family. Please do yourself the favor and avoid this dealership especially Ann Stone! on a more Positive note, Micah whom just started actually was nice.

Came to the Service Department. Made an appointment online which was convenient, and when I arrived it wasn't crowded. However the lady who checked me in was a problem. She couldn't tell me about what services I needed, and what filter replacements were important. I had a few questions about if I really needed the replacement, and she let me know the computer on my car is very smart so I should just listen to it. Uhm, okay? Couldn't tell me what was what. Anyways she pointed next to her and said the man on the phone could answer my questions, but she never asked him and then they took my car back for service. I also asked about getting a state inspection here since I got a notice in the mail that I need one. She didn't know the answer, and then just didn't put in the service request for one. So I'll be going elsewhere soon to wrap up what they just didn't care to do here.

After a great experience with John Eagle 10 years ago I was happy when I was assigned John Eagle by the Costco Auto Buying program. Got a friendly phone call from the internet manager. Later in the day I got a quote that had $1,498 worth of dealer accessories (window tint, mud guards, wheel locks, cargo tray, nitrogen-filled tires, collision deductible assistance). I replied back that I was only interested in the wheel locks and a few other accessories that amounted to around $700. Salesman called back the next day and said all the dealer accessories were already part of the car and had to be included. So how is collision deductible assistance already on the car? What an insult. Said no thanks. Had a great experience with another local Toyota dealership through the Costco buying service a few years ago. Too bad John Eagle is resorting to these tired dealer practices.

Sadly, in the space of one month, I had two issues. First, John Eagle Collision restored my 2016 Honda Pilot - Touring to mint condition after a wreck. Then 2 weeks later, they replaced my windshield beautifully. Great workmanship!

Yesterday I went to Honda Dallas with the intentions of buy a new car, the sales man didn't want to show me any cars until they check my credit, he made me feel really bad, like my money don't have any value. For sure another dealer will like my money and I will get my new car. Really bad customer service Honda.

Nick Greenberg is the best! He was the only reason I didn't even shop other dealers-very honest and not a 'hard sell' kind of guy. If you want a relaxed buying experience and a wealth of knowledge ....he is your salesman! The dealership also worked really hard to make me happy-got me the best price on my trade and located the exact car I wanted because it wasn't on the lot.I even enjoyed my time in the dreaded finance office.

My experience at John Eagle was exceptional, honest and pleasant. The personnel were all friendly and helpful. I was treated with respect and in comparison I received a more than fair deal on my trade in and on the price of my new Accord. I was completely satisfied and grateful for the experience.

This is my third vehicle to rent from John Eagle Honda, and I am hard to please and shop around. The quality and price is hard to beat, exceeded my expectations, excellent, but the service has always been good. That's my one complaint is that they had good service, they are so awesome that being good can be considered a complaint. This time, I had excellent service working with Ann Stone. She comes across as earnest, honest, helpful, and she appreciated me as a client. To say you'd trust a car salesperson is a rare occurrence. See you again in a few years!

I''ve had my Honda serviced twice now and had it i...

I''ve had my Honda serviced twice now and had it in the shop for small dents. This has given me multiple opportunities to experience the service department. The problems had nothing to do with the real people in the service department. They were polite, helpful, and efficient - once I could get someone to talk to me. There were several times I walked in the service office and there were 6-7 people at their little kiosk computers and no one, no one, even looked up to say "Hello." I have had to take the initiative to practically beg someone to help me and I had an appointment each time. When someone realizes they've given less than adequate service (and that's all it's ever been - adequate) then they are grudgingly apologetic.
Then there is the online service appointment system. My advice is - don't bother with it. Somehow the people in the service department and the online system don't sync up.
The service is also very slow.
My sense is that it is a problem with the overall management of the service department. I guest they don't realize that the service department is a big money-maker for them. I know that I will only go there as long as I have to until. my warranty runs out. I will certainly never go there for body work - their technicians are working on some sort of alternate universe time. My car was in their shop for one full month for a small repair costing $2,600.
So I've given them multiple chances to actually run a service department that is really about service, I'm giving up on them.

Overall an awful experience and I do not recommend this dealership

I came here looking to buy a new car expecting them to honor the price listed on their web page, but it wasn t even close. The cars on their lot come with standard add ons for this dealership which adds about $2000 or more to each price tag. When we asked about getting the actual price in writing the manager, Ben, became very aggressive and refused. He stated that he didn t need to explain. He also stated that if we negotiated a price, it didn t need to be put in writing because his word was enough.

We left and decided to go with another dealership because of our bad experience with Ben. My car sales associate, Maribel Erbay, was nice at first, if not a bit pushy. When she called to follow up, she was told that we went with another dealership. Over the phone she said, That s bull$!@& and hung up.

Hi Everybody,

Hi Everybody,

I don't like to leave feedbacks in general unless I deem that it is necessary to prevent others from falling in the same footsteps. I am not able to give 5 stars because that would mean that everything went flawless.
I saw a Cadillac posted on the internet so I picked up the phone to go in for a test drive. Upon arrival, my agent was busy with another customer even though I scheduled a time to go in. I suppose my time was not important nor valuable than someone that is a repeat walk in customer. However, I was greeted by the best manager there named Nathan Young. He's amazing and I'll get back to this in a few. The Cadillac was not even detailed/washed to be shown to clients. I test drove it and felt uncomfortable the entire time because it felt like I was in a customers car. They should really make sure that the car is make ready before blasting it on the website. I then decided to forgo the Cadillac and went with a 2014 Honda Accord. The Honda Accord was listed as $21,900 and that exact price was listed on my deal ticket by the sales manager named John. I had to argue with John to remove the certified Honda charge of ~$1,300 because the car was not stamped or taped as certified. As a consumer, I don't care if the work has already been done and all that's missing is a sign. If it's missing then it's not certified. Any who, the certified amount was finally removed. I asked John and sales rep Dan to negotiate to lower the price to $20,500. John blantanty looked me in the face and lied saying that there's no wiggle room. Keep in mind that this exact car is online and listed for $20,900!!! Can you believe the sales manager John pulling a fast one on me? I even argued hard in the finance room and John came in to tweak numbers to make it appear fixed. This is so messed up since John said he cannot wiggle the price yet he comes into the finance room and tweaks numbers within a minute time frame. Definitely shady and deceptive practice for sure.
I made the mistake of leaving with the car even though I loudly stated that I do not want to take the keys nor the car. Once I arrived home, I was so upset about being misled and John not being transparent, I called and asked for the sales rep Dan. Dan basically stated that the bank had already financed the car and that I cannot take it back because of negative equity and that I was essentially screwed. Keep in mind that I live not even 1/4 of a mile from the dealership. If this Honda loses that much equity in this short time frame then you should be alarmed as a consumer! I was upset and asked for upper management names to file a formal complaint. He was reluctant to release someone and stated he never had to face this question before. I finally asked is there not a competent manager that's on duty? Dan then said he'll have amazing Nathan Young call me back. As I was waiting, I emailed the GM, Director, Owner/partner of John Eagle with my complaint. I also retained an attorney to help file a formal complaint to the attorney general.
This is where the positive 3 star reviews comes to play. Mr. Bill Cheeks, took my phone call and called for a meeting with his staff. Nathan Young called me and asked me to come in so that they can do whatever they can to make me happy and right. I informed my attorney that I am going in to see what resolution would be offered to me. My attorney gave me the green light so I went. Nathan was with me the entire time and did everything in his power to find me a new car that I am happy with. I could not take the original car because it reminded me of all those people that was not transparent with me so I couldn't keep it. Nathan got my new car detailed, filled it up with gas, and set me up with the finance person name Jonathan. Johnathan was very transparent and made sure the numbers tied. I am very happy with the customer service provided by Nathan. Please make sure you check the internet price and make sure that it matches your deal ticket. It was a hard lesson learned for me. Many thanks to the director too! Thank you.

If you are thinking of buying a new car, please consider a Honda from John Eagle. Specifically, from salesman Arvin. He is patient, kind, honest, soft-spoken, and just an overall wonderful young man. He gave us a great deal, and patiently waited for me to make up my mind on which vehicle I wanted - it took me a good while to decide. We didn t leave til almost 11 pm. Love the car. Take it for free washes every two weeks. The 2nd day we had it, the tire had a slow leak unbeknownst to us. They replaced it free of charge! Can t say enough good things about John Eagle, especially Arvin.

Was taken care of by Peter Mai for my 2016 civic's B1 service and I'm very happy with the experience.
Pricing: a little over $132, seemed reasonable.
The timing, professional, and courtesy of a free car wash & vacuuming was much appreciated.
I'd definitely recommend John Eagle.

After acquiring a TrueCar price quote, we chose to...

After acquiring a TrueCar price quote, we chose to purchase a 2019 EXL Odyssey from John Eagle Honda of Dallas, though we live out of state. The quote specified $0 in dealer add-ons. I called the day of purchase and confirmed that there were no undisclosed add-ons. When my husband came to purchase that evening, he was told that hundreds of dollars in useless dealer add-ons had been included, in opposition to our clearly specified request (tint, pinstripes, wheel locks, nitrogen in the tires, a year-long subscription to tracking phone app, etc.). The salesmen attempted to coerce my husband into paying the new price. In order to get the Honda cash back promised, they required acceptance of a higher interest rate loan through the dealership's preferred lender, rather than a lower interest rate loan through Honda. Only during paperwork was it disclosed that our car had 600 miles on it already, which we did not expect as the salesperson implied the car had arrived in the last couple days. The day after my husband drove the car home, I noticed a flaw in the passenger side window tint that looked like a 3" scratch. I got a quote for its repair, but John Eagle Dallas refuses to allow me to have my local Honda dealership make it right. Instead the nearly impossible to contact manager argued that since we didn't pay their deceptive up-charge for the undesired tint, he has no obligation to correct the unsightly error unless we travel 1,200 miles to have those responsible for the blunder make another attempt. Additionally, the dealership neglected to apply for the car title. After a great many phone calls, during which we were told that the title was in the mail, the dealership discovered they had never filed the application. 6 months after purchase, we were finally sent proper registration documents.
I recommend:
1. Get a TrueCar quote.
2. Do not purchase from a dealer who presents previously undisclosed dealer add-ons during signing.
3. Do not take a loan through the John Eagle Honda-preferred entity.
4. Buy local. If you live in Dallas, consider David McDavid, as this dealership openly discloses their add-ons prior to signing a contract.
5. Check the odometer.
6. Check closely for damages.

John Eagle Honda still takes care of me and my 2004 Element, and it is the best experience I have had with a car or a dealership in my life. I recommend them with no reservations!! But, Honda really screwed up eliminating the Element. It is the most versatile and handy vehicle I've ever owned. Once I put a quiet set of tires on it (after the noisy factory ones wore out), it rides really quiet, too. BRING BACK THE ELEMENT, HONDA!!

I took my Honda Civic to be checked for my State Inspection . Edgar Juarez was my service advisor. He was very professional . He kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He also made sure my car was washed again since he noticed some missed spots. Thanks Edgar!!!

I am a frequent car buyer (28 so far!) buy a first time buyer at John Eagle. Ann Stone and John Frazier teamed to make this my best buying experience ever! They responded to what I needed and avoided what I didn't. Great experience!

Outstanding dealership and test drive experience at John Eagle Honda of Dallas. Ross Iver and Kevin Beasley showed me all about the car I was researching and they DID NOT use any sort of high pressure sales tactics on me. I was shown all sorts of features in the car and my test drive was a good length of time.

The service center is phenomena! There's a comfortable waiting area with conplementary popcorn and drinks. There's even a children's area my kids love playing in. Always a pleasant experience!

In these difficult times, it was such a great experience to have the car serviced at John Eagle Honda of Dallas. Jeremy was super efficient and cordial and we couldn't have received better service anywhere else. Thank you, John Eagle!

Beware of the used car department.

Beware of the used car department.
There's a salesman there named 'Deepak Khanna' his office is decorated with Christian paraphernalia but beware of the wolf in sheep's clothing!.
He's a very charming guy, uses religion if he has too. He is ignorant on what to sell you; based on the needs you may have.
I informed him that I lived in the country about 30 miles out of town & I would be driving to the city everyday! Well the KnuckleHead recommended A Honda civic hybrid because they get 30 MPG, and that's true in the city but not for highway driving.
Well to make long story short, when I tried to cancel my purchase order; the Manger agreed, provided I paid the $1200 prep fee that the dealership invested to-make-ready the car. I later found out that in reality they invest about $250 at max. Otherwise they would have never taken in the car on a trade in.
This is a shady organization!!!
Buyers Beware

ON MY NEXT CAR PURCHASE,
RUSTY WALLIS HONDA, CAME THROUGH FOR ME, !!

Had a very bad experience with this dealer. We were looking for a pre-owned car and I liked a 2010 Honda Accord LX in their inventory, which was about 4K more than the KBB's dealer value for the car. When I enquired they said that they can bring down the price. Meanwhile, I found a Honda CRV from another dealer with a price of 17K out of door, so I asked the John Eagles salesman, if they have anything similar or better. The salesman told me that they have a similar one and they can match this price, plus because their's is Honda dealership, the car will also come with certified benefits. I checked with him again whether the price is out of the door, because we were an hour's drive away from the showroom and were travelling with 2 small kids, the salesman re-confirmed that he will match the price. We went, we test drove the car, liked it and were discussing the sell when he came back with a price of 20K!!! When I told him that this was not that we discussed, he started giving reasons that a certified car will cost more and they cannot avoid the taxes etc etc. His final quote was 18.4K. We just walked out.... we wasted 2.5 after office hours on this. I would never recommend this dealer. The name of the salesman was Mike Mashfej.

I believe this is one of the few Honda dealerships that has a parts department. The guy working there was awesome and definitely gave 5 star service. If all the employees at this dealership are as good as him I will be back next time I have a problem with my car and/or when I m ready to upgrade.

I would never use John Eagle Collision again due to my experience with them on a recent bumper repair on my car. After more than 5 weeks in the shop, multiple excuses, and 1 flat out lie by my customer service representative, I finally got my car back. During the 5 weeks of repair, I had to deal repeatedly with Allstate over the coverage of my rental car because my incompetent John Eagle Representative failed to inform Allstate of the many delays!
