Rick Chatham Review of John Eagle Honda of Dallas
After a great experience with John Eagle 10 years ...
After a great experience with John Eagle 10 years ago I was happy when I was assigned John Eagle by the Costco Auto Buying program. Got a friendly phone call from the internet manager. Later in the day I got a quote that had $1,498 worth of dealer accessories (window tint, mud guards, wheel locks, cargo tray, nitrogen-filled tires, collision deductible assistance). I replied back that I was only interested in the wheel locks and a few other accessories that amounted to around $700. Salesman called back the next day and said all the dealer accessories were already part of the car and had to be included. So how is collision deductible assistance already on the car? What an insult. Said no thanks. Had a great experience with another local Toyota dealership through the Costco buying service a few years ago. Too bad John Eagle is resorting to these tired dealer practices.
