Currently trying to purchase a vehicle there. Long story short they are trying to sell me a vehicle with online price. Lot price is cheaper. Absolutely not. I don t understand what the deal is with these people. A car buying experience should be wonderful but it s turning into a negotiation battle over a price that s listed on the car.... in their lot. Finally got them to come down to their own lot price (mind you after going back n forth several times). Now that they finally have come down to their lot price they are tacking on an appearance package 1.3k worth. I DO NOT need Kahu or their 3rd PARTY TRACKING services on any of my vehicles or future vehicles. They originally added 2.5k for this package. Informed them this is optional, they LIED to me over the phone & said it is not optional but that they would help me out so they lowered it to 1.3k. Luckily I read the reviews from this dealership & several other people have had complaints over this same issue. This package is OPTIONAL ! BUYER BEWARE !!! Trying to put myself in this vehicle but it s mind blowing how a buyer wants to put himself in a vehicle more than the sales people want to sell a vehicle. Should be the other way around, no ?
