Invited to the dealership upon my Internet inquiry, the sales rep transferred me to a "trainee" after a limp handshake at the reception - not even the basic courtesy to offer a seat. The receptionist was more gracious. Anyway, the trainee was stiff as concrete with the written offer and I bid adieu in short order.
