By far the best customer service I have ever dealt with. I emailed them that both my spikes and one knuckle broke and with out any hesitation they shipped my parts to me in 2 days no question asked.

I don t think I have ever dealt with any company in any industry that had the quality of customer service these folks have. My Power Pole is 10 years old and I am the second owner and they have treated it like it was brand new in helping me to fix a few issues that were either age or weather related. 5+ stars!!!

I have had to contact Power-Pole customer service twice and both times was very impressed with the level of customer service, the kind so rare these days, that it actually is surprising. You can't go wrong with a company that is so responsive and 'takes care of the problem' - the first time! Love the products and love the company's dedication to the customer. I can't say how happy I am with this company. Very fast and knowledgeable customer service and I have had 2 warranty issues on my 16 year old power poles. One issue they charged me 1/2 of the cost on the repair parts and the most recent issue they gave me the parts at no charge. So you have a product that last forever it seems and then when it does have an issue you get treatment like a king... amazing and I wish more companies was 1/2 as good as them.

I lost a small part off my Power Pole due to my own clumsiness, of course it found it's way into the water through the dock. I contacted the company through their website inquiring how to get a replacement part. They quickly and cheerfully told me they would send it out right away free of charge. Wow. What great customer service. Sure enough the FEDEX guy dropped it off in time for the weekend just 2 days after contacting them. That is UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have the power pole micro and the 6 ft Pro Series PP and I am very happy with their products and service after the sale. Thanks

WOW! Every company should strive to have this level of customer support. I live in North Florida, 13 year-old PP pump went out. You have to give that little motor some credit....hanging out in the bilge area for 13 years....the little engine that could. JL got my RMA the next day, following day, new pump and hydraulic fluid sitting by my door. I didn't even have to make another trip to get fluid. Thanks guys! Nathan was my rep. x 2042

Can't say enough how awesome the customer service is here! Had a spike for my micro anchor that was starting to leave fibers in my fingers when I handled it it. Sent an email and was replied back to within a few hours. 30 minutes later I had a tracking# for a replacement. Received the new spike the next day! I don't think I've had a better experience with any other company as far as warranty/customer support goes. Definitely will be using power-pole products for all of my shallow water anchoring needs!

Best customer service in the industry! Alex helped me get the correct part for my power pole and shipped out the same day. The instructions were super easy and I had my power pole fixed in no time. Looking forward to getting my next power pole soon!

I needed to replace a bent Power Pole mounting bracket on my pontoon boat after a freak wave from a passing shrimp boat. (Almost like a minature tsunami). Also during this same fishing trip my Mini Power Pole unit just quit working even though there was power to the unit. I contacted J L Marine and they were more than accommodating by sending me a new bracket and a replacement unit. WOW! Never had customer service from any other business like this. This business needs to conduct an in-service training seminar for ALL businesses to model themselves after. Special kudos go to Tyler Marks. I'd like to recommend him for a salary raise!!!

I have owned 4 sets of Power Poles on various boats and never had a problem other than a harness in 2013 that was taken care of in one day. This week I was in Lake Kiss fishing and I broke one of my brackets and spikes due to sheer negligence on my part. I called these folks the day after I got home and replacement parts were here the next day, I just wanted to say thank you and give a shout out to Todd and the Customer Service Department of probably the best service an Angler could ever expect, again Thank You Todd for your help and for your support.

I called them on a Friday afternoon abut a problem I was having with my Power Pole. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts at my house the next day! After watching the videos posted on Power Poles site I was able to quickly fix the issue. Best of all, the parts were free for my 3 plus year old Power Pole. These guys exemplify great customer service.

These guys are the absolute best for customer service & backing up their product! My Power-Pole customer service experience was the best! had an issue with the spike on a Sunday sent them an email that evening they responded Monday morning and took care of the problem immediately. I will never own any other anchor system !! 5 stars from me

I had a hydraulic hose failure and went to the customer parts counter to purchase another one. The salesperson went into the back and returned with a new hose and reservoir cap ,when I asked for the bill he replied there was no charge. Great product and great customer service and extremely friendly people. Thank you.

The best customer service experience I ve ever had with any company.

By far one of the best managed companies and a remarkable customer support team. I recently had a system failure with my 2009 Power Pole to include some relays that literally melted down. JL Marines warranty department provided me with an entire new Blade model at zero cost. I tried to argue and say I have to pay you and they would not allow me to pay. Since they wouldn't take my money for the replacement system, I bought another one and now have dual Power Poles. A truly remarkable company.

I have called twice to get parts for my unit and there is never any questions or hassles, they send the parts right away. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a new boat and power pole 8 foot blade 8 months ago, at that time I also purchased a power pole cover to custom fit my blade. Now 8 months later the black cover is now grey and faded badly. I work at a marina and I am the lead technician and shop foreman and have sold and installed hundreds of power poles. I called JL Marine to ask about this and they say to purchase the new grey cover that doesn t fad like the black one did!!! I ask that they can t help at all because I repair and sell there product and just purchased this 8 months ago, well they said no we can t help you.

I have dual s on my boat now. Very rare that they have an issue but if one does happen, they are on it immediately. One of the many reason s I ll never buy any other shallow water anchor.

I have had a problem with my 10 blade stake and bushings and I was helped and a parts where shipped out immediately. But I have contacted and emailed pictures of a failed pump and damaged stake for an 8 blade on a different boat to two different representatives. There has been no follow up and zero help with the 8 .

The Best Customer Service in the business!!!! Hat's off to Todd at JL Marine. Snapped-off my Power Pole Spike and Split a Hydraulic Line at Egmont Key last weekend. Called Todd and told him what happened and he shipped the parts over night to repair the Power Pole.

This company is amazing. Had a problem with a power pole micro we bought over 4 years ago. I called them up expecting to pay some repair fee or something, instead they asked for my address and mailed me a brand new one just asking that I mail back the old one in 30 days. It arrived at my door the next day. They TRUELY stand behind their products and the customer service is stellar. I'll never even consider buying a shallow water anchor from any other company.

What a great group of employees ! Needed a remote for our power pole they had what we needed and we so much appreciate the professionalism.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - I have to talk about this company and how they stand behind their products. These folks have a service culture that is unmatched. I have a 10 ft. Blade which has always served me well - that was until I put my boat in reverse with the spike down. Pretty dumb of me and the spike and knuckle joint snapped off. I mean - I broke it - and I told them I broke it. They replaced the spike AND the knuckle joint and shipped it next day Federal Express at no charge!

These folks walk the talk - I will be their customer for life. There are not many companies who extended a no questions asked and no loopholes lifetime guarantee on their spikes.

They are an example which other companies should emulate.

I live about 45 north of JL marine systems. I was an owner of their first power pole with the serial number hand inscribed. I now own 2 sportsman 2 s and what this company provides in way of service and customer support is seriously second to NONE.
And now maybe a trolling motor end of 2020? Sign me up. I search daily for any news or leaks lol. I m very impressed you ve done so well Keeping it secret! I can t wait to buy one and support you! I hope you destroy MINN Kota or force them to provide equivalent customer support! I love you guys

I purchased 2 Micro Anchors for my 18 ft Scout. I have one up front and one in the back. They are awesome for bass fishing etc. I had an issue with one of them, contacted JL Marine, I sent the one back, problem was taking care of, they are working great. This is a fantastic company with fantastic employees! Their customer service is unmatched. They have the right, and forgotten idea that if you take care of your customer, your customer will take care your business success. My 10' power-pole went out so I called the company expecting to deal with an automated system as usual. Nope. Todd, I believe it was, answered the telephone and told me to bring the unit up to them and they'd check it out. It turns out my pump was going out. Joe at the service counter told me if I left it with them, they could have it ready the next day FREE OF CHARGE! They even supplied the new hydraulic fluid. As I was leaving, I asked if I could purchase a new necklace remote as I had lost the original one. They tossed that in as well. These guys could nickle and dime their customers to death as with any other company-especially any boat accessory company. They don't. I highly recommend them to all my boating buddies and anyone considering shallow water anchors!

This is a phenomenal company to deal with. I have never experienced customer service excellence like this. Their remote diagnostic app is an excellent tool for Tech support to help diagnose any issues. Their Tech support guys know their products well. Very impressed!

This company has one of the BEST customer services and technical support I have ever dealt with and I can be a difficult customer soom times. I have been dealing with their support for over 3 years and They have always stood behind their product and helped me troubleshoot problems and replaced whatever was needed to get me back On the water. Also they have one of the quickest turn around times I have ever seen. I am a power pole customer for life. Hope this helps anyone on the fence about power pole.

They might not be as bubbly and cheerful as those Delta Employees, but they were no BS and knew exactly what I needed. Even sent instructions-In English!

Amazing customer service! Wish I could buy everything in my life from these guys. Garrett Rocamora from the warranty department hooked me up. My very very old and out of warranty unit needed a part. He got me 1/2 off on the part. I needed a quick phone call to figure out how to install and they were amazing no waiting on hold or leaving a number for a call back. A human answered and helped me in 30 seconds.

I have been using Powerpole's since the beginning of this amazing and innovative anchoring system was developed. The technology and design is unbelievably user-friendly and I could no more run my boat without power poles as I could without a steering wheel there simply that important to me. Customer service? Over the years I have owned a few boats and a few power poles. Use of boats in salt water creates a need for upkeep and maintenance and the power pole is no exception. When there are issues with the circuit boards, motor, pump, remotes, whatever, I have found their technical service and replacement policies superior to any company or any product I've ever encountered. They are amazingly helpful, friendly and responsive. Kudos to the owners and management for running such a fine company.

Power poles are almost a must have anymore. They make life on the water alittle easier and enjoyable and after all isn't that what it is all about? I would 110% recommend anyone looking to purchase a power pole to do so knowing they are getting a quality product that performs amazingly. Stopped by the Power Pole factory in Tampa today, best customer service experience ever! The power pole support team provided me with the parts to restore my older 8 ft Sportsman to like new condition at a very reasonable price. The team went above and beyond. The Power Pole is an absolute game changer and a must have for inshore fishing.

My 10' Blades had a hydraulic issue and they walked me through several options. They sent me some parts and very detailed instructions on how to fix my issue. I had an issue with my Power-Pole and contacted them and man was I surprised. Tyler handled all my concerns without any problems. They sent my replacement parts within two days with detailed instructions. I ve never experienced better customer service from any company and will be a customer for life as long as they keep the high standards they have.
