I can not believe how great of an experience I had...

I can not believe how great of an experience I had with there customer service/support. I wish all companies were like them. My 10' Blades had a hydraulic issue and they walked me through several options. They sent me some parts and very detailed instructions on how to fix my issue. The video they directed me to on the internet was very informative and all of it was very easy to follow and be able to fix my Power-Poles without any further issues. Thanks again for a great product and support!!!!!
