Kind and caring!! They have helped me Everytime I have been there!!!!

I have been here since 830 this morning. The disorganization is beyond belief. It is 12 pm and I am still sitting here while multiple people have went back before me. Every time I ask, I am told that I am next. I have always had a good experience up until today. I imformed them that I am supposed to start a job and have orientation at 1 pm and am going to be late.

They have a great Senior training program for age 50 and above. I love this program.

A caring agency serving hard working families and individuals in the Northern Kentucky region. A hand up for those in need. Goal Coaching, help with home heating bills, and many other programs..

The woman there understanding to help you us much has they can.

These people that work here are amazing they actually come to work to honestly do whatever it is to help others

They helped me with my electric and helped me get on a payment plan with Duke. Without their help I would have had no electric over Christmas, no heat. Everyone needs a help up sometimes. Thank you.

The YouthBuild program has really been helping young men and young ladies attain their High School Diplomas and certifications in the construction industry. Changing lives one day at a time!

Agency has caring staff who are always willing to help families.

I volunteer at the Carroll county location. I work at giving out the food donations from Dare to Care, Walmart and Kroger.
Others work to help low income households.

I went 3 days just to get told to come back next week.

These are excellent people who have a genuine heart for service to their community!

They never answer call or return them. I was promised in January I'd receive help and still have yet to receive help or even be called back.

There was a long wait but they verified some details while i waited so it went quickly once i did get to be seen. Also they studied all aspects to be sure gave me best possible assistance..

There are wonderful people that will assist in many resources to the community.
