I called them on a Friday afternoon abut a problem I was having with my Power Pole. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts at my house the next day! After watching the videos posted on Power Poles site I was able to quickly fix the issue. Best of all, the parts were free for my 3 plus year old Power Pole. These guys exemplify great customer service.
