This is a fantastic company with fantastic employees! Their customer service is unmatched. They have the right, and forgotten idea that if you take care of your customer, your customer will take care your business success. My 10' power-pole went out so I called the company expecting to deal with an automated system as usual. Nope. Todd, I believe it was, answered the telephone and told me to bring the unit up to them and they'd check it out. It turns out my pump was going out. Joe at the service counter told me if I left it with them, they could have it ready the next day FREE OF CHARGE! They even supplied the new hydraulic fluid. As I was leaving, I asked if I could purchase a new necklace remote as I had lost the original one. They tossed that in as well. These guys could nickle and dime their customers to death as with any other company-especially any boat accessory company. They don't. I highly recommend them to all my boating buddies and anyone considering shallow water anchors!
