I have had to contact Power-Pole customer service twice and both times was very impressed with the level of customer service, the kind so rare these days, that it actually is surprising. You can't go wrong with a company that is so responsive and 'takes care of the problem' - the first time! Love the products and love the company's dedication to the customer. Nathan in Tech support is great.
