This company is amazing. Had a problem with a power pole micro we bought over 4 years ago. I called them up expecting to pay some repair fee or something, instead they asked for my address and mailed me a brand new one just asking that I mail back the old one in 30 days. It arrived at my door the next day. They TRUELY stand behind their products and the customer service is stellar. I'll never even consider buying a shallow water anchor from any other company.
