I had a little trouble finding what I wanted on their site so I put a call in to them. Got right in to a real person! They treated me RIGHT! Shipped it that day and even threw in a small part I needed as Lagnaippe. Thank you very much! I love my power pole and will definitely be purchasing another one soon. They might not be as bubbly and cheerful as those Delta Employees, but they were no BS and knew exactly what I needed. Even sent instructions-In English!
