Can't say enough how awesome the customer service ...

Can't say enough how awesome the customer service is here! Had a spike for my micro anchor that was starting to leave fibers in my fingers when I handled it it. Sent an email and was replied back to within a few hours. 30 minutes later I had a tracking# for a replacement. Received the new spike the next day! I don't think I've had a better experience with any other company as far as warranty/customer support goes. Definitely will be using power-pole products for all of my shallow water anchoring needs!
