I can't say how happy I am with this company. Very fast and knowledgeable customer service and I have had 2 warranty issues on my 16 year old power poles. One issue they charged me 1/2 of the cost on the repair parts and the most recent issue they gave me the parts at no charge. So you have a product that last forever it seems and then when it does have an issue you get treatment like a king... amazing and I wish more companies was 1/2 as good as them.
