This is my 4th Jaguar! Now on the newest F-Pace SVR. In every transaction Rene has been instrumental and very knowledgeable about the product. Every single time he s gone out of his way to make a difference both personally and professionally with our transactions. I truly commend him as he sets example for others to follow. Reflecting greatly on Jaguar Of Orlando!

I brought my 2011 XJL in to have them test and hopefully repair a non working key fob. The service technician told it me would be about an hour. 3 hours later I am still waiting for my car after receiving an estimate for over $5,000 in other repairs they suggest I fix. They have been washing my car for over an hour. And I paid almost $200 for the attempt to fix the key, which was unsuccessful. Most expensive car wash ever. For my first visit to this dealership, I am very dissatisfied and will look elsewhere for service in the future.

Extremely disappointed in the service department. Initially I was told repairs would take 2 hours, in actuality it took 5 days. I was without a car and constantly had to contact my service advisor. Each time I spoke with the advisor I was told it would be ready the next day. Finally went to pickup my car after I was promised the dealership would arrange transport. And the car was filthy! Why buy a luxury car when this is the treatment you receive??? Wish I could give zero stars.

Very disappointing. Petty dealing skills to lose a sale over $3,000. My opinion about Jaguar has certainly changed. Would not recommend.

I came into Jaguar of Orlando this past weekend and had the worst experience at this dealership. I came in ready to leave with a car that day with an appointment. When I arrived to the dealership I was put in the lobby for over an hour and no salesmen even acknowledged me. The most helpful was the receptionist. The salesman that finally came to help me would not even bring me into his office and started bringing me paperwork in the lobby. After sitting there for about another 20 minutes, I got up and found him and he finally brought me into his office. Never was I asked what car I was even interested in, nor what I was even looking for in a car. As I was filling out a credit application, my salesman left me to go assist someone else. When he comes back, he asks me to follow him to show me the car I was interested in, and I told him yes and I was ready to purchase that day. He said that they were closing and that he would call me the next day to finalize everything. It has now been a week and I can not get a hold of him or anyone. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

The service team has kept my Jaguar XE in excellent condition. Easy to make an appointment and they have loaner cars available for longer maintenance appointments.

Jaguar of Orlando was by far the best dealer that I have ever dealt with. I bought my brand new XE with them a couple of months ago and I love my new car. My salesperson Alice was amazing and made the whole experience so easy!

I went in to Jaguar Orlando to purchase my F-Pace off my lease. As has been my experience with Sales consultant Paulo Amaral he is always very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Paulo has always listened respectfully to my concerns and handled any objections in a very professional manner. I m sure I will be back to purchase an F-Pace and or an Aston Martin very soon from Paulo.

I take my 2004 Jaguar XJ8 here for all servicing. Terrific service AND their prices are often less than other garages' prices (hard to believe, I know). Corbet is a great asset every time I go there for work, whether it's an oil change or major servicing. I highly recommend you go there for your servicing needs. I'm hoping they keep my old Jag running for many more years.

Dwayne was amazing!! Very nice and professional .. he made sure we knew everything that the truck can do!! Every feature every perk all the way down to the app that comes with it.. He also helped us understand credit when it comes to having good credit but no credit & financing he explained the best way to pay the car off in a way that it ll help build our credit higher and establish credit history instead of paying the car off cash like we usually do.. his hospitality was phenomenal! We will definitely be back to purchase another car. I can honestly say HE SOLD US THIS CAR :))

Great experience! I had my car serviced and walked to the mall with my baby. I got caught in a storm and a representative came to a restaraunt nearby and picked me and my baby up and drove us back! Top notch service!

Gentleman really didn't want to assist us. We were in a rental and i suppose he figured we couldn't afford their product. The only reason I gave them two stars is because another salesman did speak to us when we were getting ready to leave.

I have purchased many many cars in my life, but with Jaguar of Orlando was by far the best experience ever, from the time I walked on the showroom floor to my amazing sales consultant Alice Munn she was great and if I asked her anything and she didn t no the answer, she wouldn t just tell me anything, she would go and check with Abner Marrero who is also Awesome. Once again my experience with Alice was great, she didn t call an harass me about buying a vehicle at all, she told me all the information I needed to make my decision, and when she gave me a test drive on the FPace, I was completely sold, she went over all the features and explained everything I needed to know...With that being said, I ordered my 2020 FPace In October, and I told Alice I hope i can get it by my birthday which was January 15, she couldn t promise me that it will be back but she was saying it should, if not close, and when she email me Jan 9, and said it s here, I was so elated, my Sales Consultant is the best, I would tell everyone to go see her, or Abner...
When I received my FPace Nathalia Taylor gave me an hour of great information about all the features in my car, she was very detailed,and explained everything, I had a lot questions and she didn t mine going over and over with them with me, she is Awesome, and when I wasn t able to get my garage door programmed, she was willing to come to my house and program it for me, but I didn t want her to have to come out, because it was raining pretty hard, but she wanted to help so she talked me through it over the phone, great awesome, and she even told me I can call her if I have any other questions. I am so honored that I walked into Jaguar of Orlando, such amazing experienced people...Alice, Abner and Nathalia are the best...

This Jaguar Dealer goes overboard to get everything right. The entire buying experience was a breeze with no salesman pressure just lots of facts and information to help you to make an informed decision. If you are looking for a high end vehicle with high end service I recommend Jaguar of Orlando.

Scam Alert! I just had a horrible experience at Jaguar Orlando! I called and scheduled an appointment to have my Jaguar serviced as my vehicle notified me it was time. I was told my vehicle's service was covered when I called to schedule then went out of my way to accommodate the limited times they had available. When I arrived I was ushered out of my car to a sitting area to wait. After waiting for a while I was approached by my service advisor. He took me into his office and asked how I could be helped. I explained again I was there for scheduled maintenance which I believed was an oil change. He then informed me my alignment was also off and needed to be fixed in addition to the scheduled oil change I had to inform him of. Finally he informed me I'd be looking at $500 for the visit even though I was told it was covered. "Sorry" is all I got for the inconvenience and misinformation from the service department. It's not about the money, it's the principal that I was brought in under false pretenses. I left without service and will go out of my way to any other dealer to obtain service for my vehicle. I suggest anyone thinking of visiting Jaguar Orlando reconsider and find a true team of professional Jaguar service advisors as you won't find it here!

We had a great experience with purchasing our vehicle from Jaguar Orlando. We found the car we wanted to buy on line and were able to communicate many details over the phone with Paulo prior to driving to the dealership since we live pretty far from this dealership. Paula was very responsive and accommodating. We drove from Jacksonville there and weren't disappointed. Everybody was very professional and courteous. We didn't feel any pressure to purchase and the whole transaction was very smooth. Not only we got a great deal on a our new car, we also were treated fairly on our trade-in car. Even after the deal was done and signed Paulo made an adjustment to make it more convenient for us to finish everything up.
Additionally, their finance manager Jimmy was also very helpful with making all the numbers work as well as giving us variety of options on extended warranties. Again, there was no pressure to buy and everything was conducted very professionally with great customer service.

I hope this experience with Jaguar Orlando-Millenia-Fl is a pleasant one for us. So far we have dropped off our Jaguar F-type to the dealership on Saturday, 11th of December. We met with Tim W, our service rep, who was welcoming to our new home for service of our Jaguar. We have a few issues to be addressed since we bought the vehicle from another dealership. So far, it has spent a week at the shop. I am writing this on Thursday, December 17th and will share our process on the service with Jaguar Orlando-Millenia-Fl as we keep going forward. A car I was interested in was priced around $52K over the weekend when I could not get a hold of the sales staff. Miraculously, when I could finally speak with someone on Monday, the price had jumped up by $10K. Person on phone said it must have been a typo (the internet department's fault)... but they would have had to put in 2 separate mistakes (the market value and the dealer price). This feels too much like a bait and switch, and is the lowest form of dealer desperation.

Excellent all around. Scheduling was a cinch and service prompt and professional; Randall NEVER disappoints. The staff were very accommodating of my special drop off and pick needs.

Jaguar Orlando made us feel very welcomed when we came in to look at an E-pace. Alice was helpful with any questions we had. We ended up leaving with a lease on that E-pace, without having to wait around for hours on end. We ended up needing to wait a bit for a service we requested but Alice offered to drive us somewhere so we could get something to eat, which was unexpected and very kind. The overall experience was significantly better than other dealerships we have been to! We would definitely go back for another vehicle.

Purchased two Mercedes Glk 350 vehicles in one week from Alice Munn and I was very pleased with her professionalism, knowledge, attitude, and the way she carried herself. She listened to my needs, was patient and not pushy, and made everything a smooth transition. Days later after the sale, she was also very helpful in getting me the belongings I left in the old vehicle. I highly recommend her as a great salesperson. You will be satisfied.

Nathalia came all the way to Ormond Beach and taught me how to operate all the bells and whistles in my new Jag. She was knowledgeable and such a nice person.

Go somewhere else unless you have time to waste trying to protect your identity. I purchased a vehicle here on July 7 and on July 8 a credit card was open in my maiden name and my mother s address which is ironically what was on all the paperwork Jaguar had. I called and spoke to someone in Finance (I will kindly retract his name) who basically told me that my personal information is easy to get and questioned how I dispose of papers at home with my personal information - no apology, no accountability, no follow-up. Now we are dealing with the headache of this mess and no word from Jaguar Orlando who seems to be incapable of proper customer service as well as managing personal information.

Just had a wonderful informative meeting with Nathalia who showed me how to use all the functions on my new EPace... I was shown short cuts on controls and she was able to answer several question I had on user issues..
She has made my life so much easier..

I had the most wonderful customer experience at Jaguar Orlando. After recently moving here from California, my 2018 F-Pace S was having what I thought were suspension problems. Norris, the Service Advisor, was able to determine that it was asetting that could be changed to better fit my driving circumstances. I also went back the following week and met with Alice, who (even though I bought the vehicle elsewhere) showed me features of the vehicle I was unfamiliar with. All in all, the best customer experience I've ever had at any car dealership.

We have taken our XJ8 regularly to Jaguar Orlando for service, and our advisor Corbet is always helpful and polite. Recently we had to replace a fuel pump that had been changed only three days before by another Jaguar dealer. Jaguar Orlando was able to diagnose and repair a faulty fuel pressure sensor that was causing the fuel pump issues, also resolving a hesitation problem that had been previously reported. They did some extra work without charging, and so I highly recommend them!

The people at Aston Martin of Orlando made my car buying experience a pleasant one. They treated me like they new me. Even after the purchase, they followed up with me and delivered on what they said they would do. By phone or by email they promptly addressed my questions. They have truly exceeded my expectations and I will recommend them to all I know. Working with Abner and Dylan was a true pleasure. Their knowledge, expertise and excellent attention to detail in everything made me feel confident in my buying decision and that I selected the right dealer.

This is the second Jaguar that I have purchased from this dealership. Abner has always been a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions I may have had. My first Jaguar was bought at a different dealership however I had it serviced in Orlando so this is now my third Jaguar. The service department has also been excellent. There is a dealership closer to where I live but I make the trip to Orlando as I feel it is worth driving the extra distance.

I try to get a used car inspected twice and i got promises a few times to text video of the car that I never got either and every time they come up with a story and then i got a call saying the car was sold 10 minutes ago, the next day the car was still for sale and $2000.00 cheaper hum... something to thing about...
