Traded my 2009 Jaguar XF for a new 2013 XJ. Walked in off the street on a Saturday and drove out in my new car. They made me an incredible deal on the new car and gave me top dollar for my trade.

I have since been back for service and was treated as a special guest. Everything they promised me, they did.
