Great car buying experience! My wife and I went to the dealership on a Saturday to lease a new Jaguar F Pace. Overall, it was a pleasant experience from the moment we walked in the door until we left with our new Jaguar. Our salesperson, Abner Marreno, was top notch. He knows his business and helped us get a great deal on the vehicle. Je really cared about us - something that you don t often see in a car salesperson. Jimmy Cardenas in finance was also great - fastest time I have ever spent in the finance office and no hard up sells! If you re looking for a great deal, make the drive to Orlando to see Abner. We drove over from from Wesley Chapel. You will not be disappointed!!

They helped me source the exact F-Type I was looking for, which wasn't easy. I worked with Rene, but everybody was a great help when needed. I look forward to taking it there for my next service.

Was there yesterday as we are getting rid of our AF Gulia and Looking to purchase F-Pace. Salesman would not let us test drive vehicle, told us to come back. I guess because I dress in a shorts and a t-shirt I don't fit in. Shame on you for stereotyping me.

Paulo Amaral changed the way I feel about car shopping and car salesmen to be honest. I d had horrible experience in the past shopping for my first car with my dad and my last with spouse. So,buying one alone I thought would be the end of my sanity. Paula was patient,knowledgeable and honest during the entire process. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions straight forward.

When I first communicated what I was looking for,he made a note of it and assured me he d call if something came up. I d visited 3 other Dealerships that day but they all tried to sell me something I didn t want and basically tried to hold me hostage;not really but kinda sorta.

Weeks later Paulo called saying he had a few cars in he thought I d be interested in. All of them were in my range and had the extras I was looking for. Needless to say,I found my car that day but it was not the end of our relationship. He followed through and followed up to make sure I was enjoying my new car.

Great service experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Zipped right in, got my loaner, spoke to Corbet, my service advisor, and was on my way. The service team pushed down the service update to the oxygen sensors which eliminated my issues.

I arrived to pick-up my vehicle and it was ready and waiting right next to Corbet's office. I pulled in, walked out of the loaner, he handed me the keys, we chatted for a minute and I was on my way. I have to say that Corbet is the best service advisor that I've ever had for one of my vehicles.

I am from Jacksonville and my car broke down in Orlando and my service provider Tim, took excellent care of me and my car. I did not have to worry at all and the process was seamless. They made a stressful situation as smooth as possible.

Not many cars on display and parking wasn't easy. Although everyone was polite, smiled and free refreshments.

Rene is the man! Spent two days with me. Helped me out so much and hooked it up. Ask for him!!!!!

Ever had the feeling you were ripped off? Well this is exactly how I felt after leaving Jaguar of Orlando's service dept. I incurred over $700 in charges and was ultimately told the problem with the car was that it lost compression.

When I asked how this problem was corrected, this is the response I received, "This is a technique/procedure that our technicians have been able to perform throughout the years by experimenting and trial and error. In all honesty I have seen them perform this many times but I am unsure of how they do it. Unfortunately that is not something we teach other shops how to do as it sets us apart."

My point is, if you are unable to explain to me what was done, how do I know that I am being charged a fair price? Why wasn't this 'procedure' done initially when the car was brought in?

Due to this experience, I am highly doubtful that I will ever repurchase a Jaguar.

My wife was wanting to transition to all-electric. Having been a long-time customer of Collier Jaguar, I knew we had to go to the new Orlando Jaguar and check out the i-Pace. I explained to Dwayne that it was down to Jaguar or Tesla. He had a Tesla and let her drive both. The fit and finish of the Jaguar is head and shoulders above that of Tesla. Dwayne Hughes is a true professional in his chosen field of expertise. Possessing the requisite product knowledge is key in introducing a person to a vehicle that is all new to them and Dwayne has that knowledge that we needed to lean on to make an informed decision. When I was looking to upgrade my Jaguar F-Pace, my local dealership was not able to find the vehicle I wanted, but I was able to find it at Jaguar Orlando on my own. I worked with Jaime and Alice - who were both amazing.

Even though I was shopping from another part of the state, they were able to give me all of the info I needed and complete most of the preliminary work by text & phone. When I arrived in Orlando, everyone at the dealership was professional and made me feel welcome and safe with their Covid19 precautions. Jaime and Alice had the car detailed and full of fuel, ready my trip home.

Having purchased many vehicles, I have to say, this was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had. My new F-Pace is exactly what I wanted and I am thrilled with it! I would highly recommend Jaguar Orlando to anyone - they were 1st class all around.

Seen this Beauty online, Thought it might be a possibility. Sent an email to the dealership and within 5 minutes received a return email & phone call from Rene. After 2 more phone calls, we were set! This baby was going to be mine! Caught an early moring Flight into Florida, Rene picked me up, and the car was shined and waiting for me out front. After a brief test drive, I was in love. I felt that I had full support, and coopreation of the dealership, from the receptionist, the Finance Lady (Don't rmember her name) and Rene. Even other customers were as excited as I was to be making a purchase. Me and my new (2018, new to me) car were on the road and heading to the Auto train by 11:30 am. It has been almost a month and Rene still responds to my emails, questions & requests. The customer service at the dealership was the best and I could not ask for more or a smoother transaction. Having moved from the Orlando area to West Palm Beach last year, I was familiar with the exceptional service that they supplied on my Jaguar XK, while living there. In researching to purchase a newer model Jaguar F-Type, I had contacted dealerships in Palm Beach, Naples, Miami and Sarasota, that could all accommodate my search. When finding that Jaguar Orlando had what I was looking for, I contacted them and had a great experience in dealing with my Salesperson, Dwayne Hughes, and the great past experience with this dealerships service. It was worth the 2-1/2 hour drive to know that my expectations would be met, once again, and they were. I strongly recommend Jaguar Orlando and the personal service that comes with purchasing a vehicle with them.

I have bought many high end cars from every brand and dealership but Gary was truly exceptional. On the day I bought my F type I was also at Fields BMW comparing and test driving an M4. The difference in the experiences were night and day. Not just this experience but against many other car buying experiences Gary really stood out. I visited on the Saturday, Gary understood my needs instantly and read me like a book. Within minutes we were test driving and he really sold the car potential. He had clearly listened to my needs. Very few sales guys do that the these days and wonder why they don't sell. He never pushed, knew my buying position and just kept in touch in a friendly patient way. Once I decided to proceed he came to my office and delivered the paperwork. The deal was signed at a great price, terms and process. We then met today for the handover where he took the time to show my son the car and all the other stunning cars in the showroom. The experience over 6 days was truly flawless. Don't go anywhere else. They have many brands, great cars, but most of all a fantastic sales guy in Gary.

I cannot begin to express my utmost gratitude to the phenomenal people at Jaguar Orlando! To make a long story short, I lost a diamond that my parents had given me right out of the setting! I looked everywhere for it and couldn t find it anywhere! My last resort was looking in my car, to know avail. Heartbroken and not knowing what else to I called Jaguar they told me to come in and they would take the seat out to look....Sitting waiting in the waiting room felt like an eternity and I finally saw Trevor walking toward me he bent down to quietly ask me if I wanted my car washed, I asked did you find my diamond and on one knee he handed me my diamond and wished me a Happy Valentines Day! Well to say the least I cried and at the same time was so relieved that he had found a very precious piece of my parents!!!! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had a very thorough test test drive, he pointed out so many features that would be important to the owner. All of the Jaguar/Aston Martin staff I interacted with were first class.

Kris Baker in service always goes above and beyond to make sure my 2012 XF is taken care of. There is never an issue with me keeping a loaner car for extended periods since I live about an hour from the dealership. Kris stays in contact with me, providing updates on a daily basis and giving me prices and options before completing certain work.

I am always comfortable leaving my car at Orlando Jaguar and I actually look forward to the occasions I get to bring it in. 5/5 Stars.

I booked my service appointment a week in advance. I had an issue with the cover on my moon roof which I stated when I booked the appointment. I arrived at the facility at my scheduled appointment time at 9:30 a.m.. I stayed at the facility for 4.5 hours and was told that I would need to bring my vehicle back on another day when they actually had time to assess what was wrong with the moon roof cover. Why the hell that I sat there for 4.5 hours? I will not be returning to this facility. I will choose another jaguar dealership to work on my vehicle.

Just purchased an F-Type from Paulo and I can absolutely say that it has been the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever experienced! Paulo is extremely knowledgeable and is such a pleasure to work with. I plan on coming back for all my future car needs and recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and enjoyable car buying experience!
